Quality of work was adaquate, but the fact that I had to track down someone to give me a garnet bag to utilize the service and be a customer seems ridiculous. Not a reflection on the level of customer service interactions or quality of work. However, if it were my business I would want it brought to my attention that you may be losing willing customers due to deployment problems. Hope this helps!

I had a suit and tie cleaned by Mulberrys. Upon picking up my items, I learned that they had lost my tie and did not return the hanger I brought my items on, instead giving me back a cheap plastic hanger. I am extremely dissapointed with this service.

Last time I picked up my clothes, luckily(!!), I (not your guy!) found out that a pair of suite pants are missing! It took you more than a week to find them and you didn't bother to call me and update me on the situation!

Suede jacket was sent to an external vendor that specializes in leather / suede cleaning. The jacket was returned with a tear in the inside lining and a 2 inch permanent mark on the suede. The jacket was purchased in Fall of 2017, and was lightly worn before being cleaned. Denim staining around the waist line was the reason for the cleaning, those stains were removed. I blindly trusted Mulberry’s to handle this level of garment... bummed it came back in worse shape. Definitely never setting foot in Mulberry’s again and allowing them to send my garments out to external vendors. What a waste!

The stain in my sweater did not come out when I was told it would be fine. when I picked it up I wasn’t told it didn’t come out so when I got home it looked awful. I will not be returning.

I dropped off a pair of jeans to be shortened. I requested they be finished with a 26 inch inseam. I got a call about 4 days later asking if I was sure I wanted my pants shortened 26 inches!! When I said “NO” & that I wanted the inseam to be finished at 26 inches they asked me where the inseam is... where does it start????!!!!! I said to the person I thought someone doing tailoring would know what an inseam is. It was very frustrating. We talked through it & t he pants ended up getting done correctly. Why would someone think I wanted pants to be shortened 26 inches & not immediately know what an inseam is. It’s unlikely I’d use your services again. Kay Streng, kkstreng@gmail.com

Brought in two pairs of expensive men's dress shoes to have a the heels replaced and a polish. The heels were replaced and looked great! However, the shoes didn't look like they were polished. I had them sent back in to be polished, however, the shoes were sprayed and polish was not used. I was a frustrated as the attendant ensured me that actual polish would be used and not a spray. The shoes are now being repaired by a local cobbler.As I was very displeased with the shoe polish service, I still may try Mulberry's for dry cleaning services.

I requested via e mail two times for pick up. Pick up never happened. It finally occurred the third time when I called to notify you. The mgr of the St Louis Pk store was at least apologetic and took care of making sure the pick up occurred the next day.

I gave the driver 6 items in a plastic bag: 2 larger green and white striped, square pillows, 1 small rectangular pillow with crochet on one side, 1 down comforter, and 2 silk knit tops. I have received back only the 2 knit tops, which you charged me over $30.00 to clean. I was supposed to receive 50% off. Does that mean you would have charged me $60.00 to clean 2 knit tops? And what happened to the rest of my items? When will I get them? I have heard nothing from you except the driver told me they did not come in. They haven't come today either. I'm very displeased.

Lots of surprise extra charges not disclosed upfront or on the receipt had to do math and ask questions to be told multiple extra charges like French cuff etc.

I was charged more than quoted for a dress, charged the "formal" dress amount, even though it's not considered formal. Additionally, charged for the "extra care" to ensure the gemstones on the shoulder straps weren't damaged, and they ended up being damaged. Dress is currently in repair at Mulberry's.

I was told my pants would be done on Friday (even have an email confirming it). I asked someone to swing by and grab them for me and they were told that I was quoted Saturday and not Friday. Not only was this a waste of time for them it makes me look like an idiot for asking and as if I don't know what I was told. Made several attempts to call as hours stated you were open until 7pm. No answer. Extremely unhappy that I drove past 2 tailors (that I know of) to come to you, I will likely stop at one of them next time and keep my dry cleaning business there too.

I have asked that the hangars not be hung on door knob because it locks me in my unit. When I tried to leave today I was locked in my apartment. This could be a serious matter if there was a fire. Please tell the delivery person.
