St. Louis Park StoreRequested launder and press of 2 blouses. Instead, items were dry cleaned. Manufacturer tags, still attached, clearly indicated machine washable. I will go elsewhere in the future.

Thank-you for allowing me to voice my complete displeasure with my recent service experience at your St. Louis Park location on Saturday March 31st. Beginning on Friday I received an email notice that my order was complete. I went to the above mentioned location at 12:45 PM on Saturday to pick up my laundry. I gave the attendant my ticket. After about a five minute period the attendant came back and only had part of my order claiming she could not find the rest of my order. I mentioned it is quite inconvenient to come back. She offered no accommodation for my troubles, but did say she was sorry and would call me when she found it. It is now Monday and no call has been received. I am very worried the shirts have been permanently lost. I will make a trip there to find out this afternoon. This is not the kind of service I have come to expect at Mulberrys! At a minimum I would expect the cost of cleaning the shirts would be waived. I hope the shirts have been found! St. Louis Park StoreI would greatly appreciate it if I could be contacted with questions, the next time something on my order is unclear. I was charged an absorbent price for dry cleaning when I wanted wash and fold service. I do appreciate the timeliness of the manager I spoke with, and the speedy delivery service.

St. Louis Park StoreThe parking lot was only partially plowed. The spaces in front of Mulberry's were not plowed. There was no clear path from the parking lot into the store. It was treacherous climbing through the snow chunks, and even more so when my arms were full carrying loads of clean dry cleaning. I was there at 8 in the evening. The snow had stopped nearly 24 hours earlier. That should have been enough time to plow, I would think - especially since the back part of the lot was plowed. I almost didn't pick up my dry cleaning, but there were items I needed.The woman in the store offered to help me carry out my cleaning, which was great. (She was also helpful and attentive when I dropped of my cleaning.)However, she told me many of your customers' cars had gotten stuck in the snow. Not a good way to treat your customers! She said she tried to shovel it but couldn't. Wasn't there a property manager or store manager to take care of this?Thanks for listening! Usually you are absolutely wonderful. Today was a deep disappointment.

St. Louis Park StoreI brought in a pair of pants that had a tear on the back that I wanted to get fixed. While the tear was fixed, the pants had dirt all over them when they were returned to me. Really didn't expect that.

St. Louis Park StoreThe shirts are perfectly cleaned and pressed - you get 5 stars for that!
However, I received the shirts on wood hangers, which I did not ask for and do not want. While I will certainly return the wood hangers, I can't fit all my shirts in my closet if I use wood hangers for each of them. Consequently, I would prefer the normal thin metal hangers. Unfortunately, however, I'm told that I can only get metal hangers by paying a 10% surcharge on top of what was already a very expensive price for shirt laundry and pressing! Therefore, this was the first and last time that I will use your service. If your policy changes, I would be happy to use your service again. Thank you!

St. Louis Park StoreCharge was way more than expected; apparently certain brands have up charges. Didn't know this. Why does Vineyard Vines have an up charge yet Hugo Boss does not?Also, I put in a 20% coupon that was not applied to my order. I had to follow-up to get this applied which should not need to be the case.Probably finding other alternatives

St. Louis Park StoreI do not like the third party pick up service at all! They never know what's going on. And the communication between Mulberries and these third-party drivers is very terrible. Is there a way to insure that a Mulberrys driver will come? Do I need to make my pick up dates further out? Thank you!

St. Louis Park StoreBoth pick up and delivery were at a different time than I scheduled. That would be fine, but the clothes were left on the stoop - not hung up inside the storm door -- and it rained. So I had a puddle of clothes waiting for me.

St. Louis Park StoreWhen I first arrived, the man in front of me was picking up shirts. Unfortunately, they were lost. He told them to deliver them to his house. Then when I picked up, they had charged me for the incorrect amount. Someone fixed it by adding a credit to my account. Then I went home and tried on the clothes I had altered, and one of the items did not seem to be altered at all! Not sure what happened there.
