St. Louis Park StoreThe pick-up and dry cleaning portions of the experience were excellent. Where things came unraveled a bit was on the drop-off. I had specified drop off time and instructions, but they weren't followed. First I was told to pick-up in-store. Then a Postmates employee contacted me with drop-off when I had instructed the items to be left with the doorman. Nothing was left, so this further delayed my receiving the items. The web interface could be a bit more clear as well. Not a terrible experience on the whole - just an average one. Thanks for asking for feedback!

St. Louis Park StoreMulberrys was trying to provide good service but it got confusing. I left 1 shoe to have the heel tip replaced. The shoe repair called and wanted the other shoe but I didn't understand that they needed it to insure that they repaired the original properly. I thought they were saying they needed to repair both to make sure it was evenly done.I didn't want them both replaced. The shoe was not ready when I expected it to be and the staff at Mulberrys did not know why. It took some doing but finally I brought the other shoe in and will pick them up. It Is nice that Mulberrys provides shoe repair but the staff at the store is not knowledgeable . They can't really give estimates either. I found the experience frustrating. Otherwise, everyone was friendly. You do not need to follow up.

St. Louis Park StoreEvery time I have indicated there is a specific stain, I get the item back with the same exact stain. I have to send it back, and only then is the stain removed. This happens 9 out of 10 times. It's very frustrating.

St. Louis Park StoreWe like Mulberrys. I am going to switch to picking up and dropping off at your Minnetonka/Hwy 7 facility. I am retired now, and time is no longer as important. The delivery pick up and drop off of my folded shirts has been a challenge at our new home. It has been an issue several times, with phone calls each time. We are going to stay with the company, but it seems better to do it the old fashioned way of drop off and pick up.No worries. You wanted feedback, so I am giving it. Mike

St. Louis Park StorePlease have your staff better at quoting prices. Both times I have used your services, I was underquoted to what I actually ended up spending. The cost doesn't bother me in and of itself, but going in expecting to pay a certain amount, and being charged nearly $10 more, is frustrating.Also, don't include wrong items that I then become responsible for.

St. Louis Park StoreOn my first order my sheets came back with burn marks on them. I had to bring them back in so that they could remove the mark. It took about 2 to 3 weeks and there was a lack of communication. I didn't get responses when I would check in on them. Felt that it should have gotten taken care of sooner and possibly could have been delivered to me instead.

St. Louis Park StoreI am very disappointed in the most recent service. The duvet cover doesn’t fit out king bed anymore because of how small it is. Very disappointed considering it was purchased two weeks ago. In addition to that it wasn’t even pressed or ironed. Both the top and bottom are wrinkled.

St. Louis Park StoreWhen I picked up my order on 3/19, one of my blouses was missing. I emailed Erika on 3/24 to inquire if my blouse was located. Erika emailed me back that due to COVID-19, she is temporarily laid off. She indicated that all the information about my blouse was forwarded to the plant manager. I have not heard ANYTHING back. This was an expensive blouse, and I do not wish for this to "just go away". Thank you.

St. Louis Park StoreHello,This was a super frustrating experience from start to finish. My order was not picked up Monday as scheduled. However, I received an email that it was picked up, so the info on the app and online was wrong (it always showed as being picked up when it wasn't). The driver did call to tell me he couldn't pick it up, then said he would be by first thing in the morning on Tuesday. By 1:00 p.m. no one had come so I emailed the concierge and it did get picked up that afternoon.I could not find accurate updates online/on the app since it was still showing as "picked up" from the day before. I did receive it back on time which I appreciated. My card was charged but I was not sent an email receipt until I requested it. I also wasn't sure if my coupon code was applied since I didn't have a receipt. The app is hard to use--my order was split up into multiple tickets so I could not really tell clearly what the charges and discounts were.I have communicated with the concierge about this and I really do appreciate their prompt responses. However, I feel that an additional discount should have been offered since I am a new customer and would like to be a regular customer. If this service worked seamlessly I would use it all the time, but I am hesitant at this point. I have spent a lot of time trying to sort this out and make sure my order was picked up--much more time than it would take for me to swing by the dry cleaners on my way home from work.Thanks very much for listening!

St. Louis Park StoreI was very disappointed yesterday to see the work that was performed on the pants I dropped off. All I had requested for was that the pants were steamed (delicate) and not even washed, but when I came to pick them up, they were very crinkly and the material looked stretched in certain areas. The top part of the pants was fine where there was no embroidery but most of the bottom of the pants was not done properly. The lady at the desk also agreed that it was not done correctly as she noted portions on the bottom steamed correctly while the majority was not properly done.I came to Mulberrys because it is considered a higher end store and with a delicate and expensive outfit, I trust Mulberrys to do a good job. I was very disappointed that I moved things around in my schedule, made the drive, and did not see the steaming done correctly. I am also now nervous of what it will look like when I pick it up finally. I really hope it does not get damaged. The pant was sent back to get re-steamed. I have an event I need to wear it for tomorrow and am still waiting to hear that it is ready for pickup.
