Shoe repair prices are WAY too high. Also, resoled shoes were done with rubber, not leather as we had done on a previous visit.I like the wooden hangers.

While at the store, I was offered a delivery date of August 24. I specifically told the individual working her name is Carlene that we were not going to be available and specifically requested that the items delivered on a later date. She offered me a delivery date of August 29. Even though she confirmed and August 29 delivery, the clothes still arrived on August 24 The clothes were hanging in our front door for several days while we are out of town providing a security risk for our home.

There have been a few times when our delivery or pick-up doesn't come on the days it's supposed to. Also, there have been a few times when items have been lost and I've tried to call the telephone number, only to have people not answer or say they will call back and never do. I finally had to call the Edina store directly and they were lovely and my items were found.

I have to be honest, this is the first negative experience I have had with Mulberry's. After I dropped my order at the front desk (222 apartments) I received 2 separate phone calls from a third party delivery service who could not find my building and also were asking which Mulberry location to bring it to. I'm not sure if you guys switches from your proprietary delivery service to a 3PL and are working the bugs out, but I was concerned my order would get lost. But the quality of your work is second to none and the store locations are fabulous.

We love Mulberrys, and love the convenience of pickup/delivery, we just hit a couple of snags this time. We were originally scheduled a delivery window of 9-10am, so we put the clothes outside on our porch in advance of that window, but when the clothes hadn't been picked up yet that afternoon we were concerned and called Mulberry and were told that they would be picked up sometime that day. The window is nice because it minimizes the time we leave our clothes outside, but it's worthless if it's not adhered to.The second hiccup was that our order included a wedding dress. The pickup scheduling email said "Please note that households, leathers, rugs, alterations, and wedding items may require additional time, in which case we will email you with the revised dropoff date." However, we never received an email with a revised delivery date. Everything but the dress was delivered and 2 days later we still hadn't heard anything so we called to find out that the wedding dress would not be ready until 7/21.No harm no foul, but I figure Mulberrys intends to meet the pickup/delivery windows and communicate changes, and maybe it's just a result of being close to the 4th of July holiday, but I thought it was worth noting.

I'm not sure what happened with the on demand delivery. I had problems with online scheduling, so I called and was assured that my clothes would be picked up. When it was later in the day and my clothes still hadn't been picked up, I called again, and I was told they'd be picked up that day. They never got picked up. When I dropped off my clothes, they got delivered back to my house correctly and look great.

My close were sent out for delivery after I had dropped them at the slp location...had no idea they were being delivered and it created a lot of confusion for myself and the delivery driver (who couldnt find my apt). Delivery is always really difficult with mulberrys so I just skip it now.

As usual, the shirts were done well. Unfortunately, they were left at the front door after I called the day before and asked that they not be delivered until Tuesday. Luckily a neighbor brought them in since I'm not home to take them off the front door. How can I be assured that if I call for a vacation stop that it will be done?

Although this time was not the best experience, I have previously had exceptional service. This time they lost track of my item and the communication on tracking it down was a bit complicated when it did not need to be. Probably does not happen often so the breakdown is probably unusual. Keep up the good work. I am a fan.

I responded to the email request to confirm for any pick up on upcoming Monday. Next day I called in to redeem a 50% of next service. They told me no pickup had been scheduled to which I confirmed in fact it had though online. So they scheduled and gave me the coupon. This was all by Friday. Then Monday came n went and no pickup. What? Called again and again said no delivery was scheduled. Not true times two! FINALLY after expressing my frustration they got my pickup that Thursday. But of course they had already forgotten my 50% discount. Employees and management need better communication system!!!

All I've gotten delivered so far is another empty garment bag. I now have 3. I only need one. When I get my comforter returned, I can give more meaningful feedback.
