St. Louis Park StoreInitially when I dropped my clothes off the associate was wonderful! Very friendly and made me feel welcome.When I picked up I did not feel this and it was kind of unfortunate. I do not care to go places where I am treated like a number.

St. Louis Park StoreI had one piece cleaned - a cotton sweater, I was up-charged for it being "delicate." Neither I nor the person helping me could figure out the reason for the up-charge, but I had already slide my card through before we started talking about it and the individual was not sure what to do, so I said let's forget it this time.

St. Louis Park StoreI cannot get into your website. I change the password so I have a new one and it still says user ID or password is wrong. I only have one ID and I’ve changed my password twice. For whatever reason I thought Angela told me I’d get a bigger discount. She asked me several times if I’d been there before and said yes. She had my name and address in your system but no past use data. I said it was awhile ago. We went around that several times. You do good work but the customer service for me was off. She is polite. I told her I was not a happy customer and would pass that on. If you weren't so good I wouldn't go back.

I wanted to contact you as I have had a few issues with my wash and fold service. Firstly, I believe your scale is not properly calibrated and that I have been overcharged for the 3 orders I have made. I noticed it with my first two orders (via using a luggage scale) however I didn't want to make a huge deal out of it as I didn't know if it was my scale that was incorrect. For this most recent order, I actually purchased another scale and the weight was the same (I was billed for 37 pounds, yet my luggage scale reported 32.3 pounds and my bathroom scale reported 32.4 pounds). Secondly, while my previous orders were laundered wonderfully, several of my whites were damaged (most likely a pink or red item in with my load) with my most recent order. Luckily most of them are undershirts and we're only slightly dyed, however 4 t-shirts and one pair of underwear are visibly streaked with pink dye. Due to these issues, I believe I should receive some type of refund as well as assurance that your scale will be properly calibrated in the future. I have attached my receipts and am happy to take photos of my damaged clothing if necessary.

St. Louis Park StoreWhen requesting pick-up I was notified of the drop off time and was told that if anything needed additional time I would be notified. One of my items was not returned with the rest and I was never notified that the date would be different. Additionally, I was not notified of when it would be returned.

St. Louis Park StorePeople were super friendly. Order was ready on time. My reason for three stars is probably my fault for not asking for an estimate up front. No one told me when I dropped off my sweater to be dry cleaned that there would be a 2.99 up-charge for the cashmere and an additional seemingly large charge because the eyelet knit in front was handled extra- delicately. I certainly appreciate the care for my sweater but imagine my surprise when the bill was double what I expected (15.99, which included tax, vs the expected 7.99+tax). I wish someone would have told me in advance of the extra charges - negative surprises are no fun. But again, everyone was friendly and job was done well and on time.

St. Louis Park StoreI was charged an extra $6 for stain removal service when asked if I wanted it initially and said no thank you. It took an additional 10 minutes upon pickup to clarify these charges with the checkout person and then they only offered me credit on my account.

St. Louis Park StoreI tried to use the coupon you repeatedly sent me. It was not applied to order. It was for 50% off a dry cleaning order if I used the home delivery service.Admittedly I have not had time to come in to try to rectify the situation. Perhaps when I do I will be able to give a higher score

St. Louis Park StoreDrop off and pick up service was fine. I mentioned I was a new client and dropped it off at the location so that the 20% new customer could be applied to the order. My husband picked up the order and the 20% wasn't applied. I had to call twice this morning to get this adjusted and was told that the refund couldn't be applied back to my card and i had to take the credit. I'm a new customer from Pilgrims and was looking for competitive pricing in the neighborhood...

St. Louis Park StorePeople were friendly and attentive. The shore front was bright and clean.The only shortfalls were: they didn’t have a bag for laundry I had cleaned when dropping off and one of my smartwool socks had gone missing.I know a sock doesn’t seem like much, but at 18 dollars a pair that lost equates to a bill of not 36 dollars, but of 54 dollars. Because you can’t just buy one sock.

St. Louis Park StoreThe quality of dry cleaning and shoe repair was excellent. Communication was a little less good. I asked that a pair of shorts have the zipper repaired and they were dry cleaned instead. There also seems to be a disconnect between the app and what happens at the actual store. I was told my order would maybe be delivered the following day but it showed up that night, which was great, just odd. I scheduled a 2nd pickup for tonight 7p-8p and someone showed up this morning to pick up.
