St. Louis Park StoreThe cleaning and packaging is stellar. Have noticed though when dropping off at St Louis Park drive thru that it is sometimes not so quick or buzzer doesn't work when car drives over it? Often only one person working?

St. Louis Park StoreWe asked for items to be held at the store, the items were delivered to our home anyway. We were out of town. The clothes hung on our door for 3 days until our neighbors noticed this.We had a coupon, it was not applied.

St. Louis Park Store2 coats were sent. Instructions to resew buttons on them & to clean coats. Coats returned with hair still on them, no buttons sewed. All else seems ok.

St. Louis Park StoreI came at 10:10 a.m. today to bring in more items. I was very surprised that the store doesn't open until 10:30 a.m. I was trying to establish a new, significant and long-term relationship with Mulberrys. But it seems the hours are too very restrictive, especially given the ongoing environment of relaxation of Covid restrictions, and the fact that a majority of us in Hennepin County are now vaccinated.I'm looking forward to the follow-up you mention above. Again, I was hoping for a deep relationship with Mulberrys, but very limited hours will make this hard for me.

St. Louis Park StoreI was trying your service for the first time. I dropped off 1 shirt to be laundered and much to my surprise it was dry cleaned! The individual working the service counter did adjust the price, however a mistake of this magnitude as my first experience does not sit well.

St. Louis Park StoreKind workers, Nice place, used a coupon so price was really great. Just a little upset that the stain was unable to be lifted from my fur coat after two tries. it seemed like the do-over looked the exact same as when it was dry cleaned the first time. But no hard feelings really, i’ll still be coming back.

St. Louis Park StoreOne of the items I dropped off is missing, they are unsure where it is. I’m waiting to hear back from the plant manager. I had just bought a nice J Crew sweater dress, which what they “lost”, so I am really hoping they work hard at looking into this/ making sure they didn’t send this tomorrow else.

St. Louis Park StoreI was just disappointed as this was my first visit and I was not even given a receipt upon pickup. As the price was quite expensive, I was hoping to receive a copy of it. In my haste to leave the store, I did not think to check if it was attached to the bag. Also, I forgot to request my shirt be boxed and when I got home, I realized that the clerk never even asked how I want it to be processed.

St. Louis Park StoreUsually have a great experience, but this last time I brought in a suit with some stains that needed some spot treatment. They were busy and the lady at the front took my clothes into the back. I mentioned that some items needed spot treatment and then she came back out with everything. I pointed out where the stains were and she said she would remember and took them back into the back. When I picked everything up I took a look at it and the suit coat was nicely cleaned, but the pants still had the spots. When I asked about it, the man said there was no note about spots and that it's probably didn't get treated. Thankfully he offered to take them back a try to clean them again for free.

St. Louis Park StoreThe first issue was already addressed but still bothers me because I get the impression that there is a lack of attention to detail. I had brought in an item with kitty puke. It was returned to me in the same condition. I did not find out until getting home. I was told later the only other option was to wet clean which I opted for but I should have been called prior to coming out, picking up, and getting home.The second example, I just picked up winter blankets that still had pet hair leaving a question whether these had been given the attention they needed to be “cleaned”.
