Roseville StoreThe service has been great. I wish, though, that the clothes weren’t as wrinkled when they return. Additionally, if the clothes were somewhat sorted by gender/size, that’d be great. Albeit minor challenges, these changes would bring my rating to a “perfect”.

Roseville StoreI was sorry for the driver the first time he came, as I told him I'd leave the sweater at the front desk. The problem was there was no one at the desk to let him in. That was MY fault, as I should have given him my phone number, and I could have let hime in.The only complaint I would have was that there was food on the front edge of the cardigan. I was able to get it off, but it wasn't up to your standards. I always expect a perfect job from you, and will continue to use you in the few times I need you. Love the pickup and delivery service.

Roseville StoreI had automated billing set up through the app, but every time I still get a paper bill in the mail. Then when I call to straighten things out and make sure I’m not being double charged no one can tell me if I’ve been charged or not. On my third call I finally got someone who knew what was going on. I’ll wait to see if I get another bill in the mail for this last time.

Roseville StoreMy experience at Mulberrys was awesome until I got my ties back. There was still a spot stained on one of them. Also I asked when I dropped them off if they could fix the stitching on the back but when I got it back there was still a small hole. I am disappointed - especially for the amount, I payed I was expecting exceptional quality work - and probably won't be coming back here to clean my clothes.

Roseville StoreOur neighborhood dry cleaners (Roxy) over time proved to be incompetent at keeping track of our clothing as well as our account.For a long time we persisted in using their services, out of inertia and "convenience." But it got to the point where we just couldn't trust them to get much of anything right.I'm not sure whether it was the third or fourth time I had to straighten out getting dinged for a late payment after they credited our payment a month after our physical check was deposited into their account.Or perhaps it was the time I was in to pick up a current order & the 16-year-old kid clerking the place bothered to do a physical search and, while looking for the current order which somehow hadn't been properly entered into their system, ran across a bunch of our clothes that had been misplaced in their system - and thus lost to the world - for over TWO YEARS... as in, "Oh, that's where that shirt was !"Lovely.So we decided to try Mulberry's, which looked like a promising alternative.We first signed up and started trying to use the service [about a month ago], but pick-up scheduling has been, um, problematic.We repeatedly "scheduled" pick-ups via the signals Mulberry sends out, put the dry cleaning out front first thing on the designated pick-up day. Then found our clothes still hanging on the front porch, untouched at evening time.Again and again.However and OTOH, this very afternoon, when he delivered the (one) item that had been successfully been *** picked up ***, I had a chance to speak with the *** Mulberry's driver *** !!!!Following the ***face-to-face conversation*** between me and the driver, I now have some reason to believe that, going forward, pickups will go better.We'll see -for us it's been a month of trying - today's completion of a round trip was the ** first time ** Mulberry's pick-up and delivery has worked.And this only after a series of tries, re-tries, re-re- retries (and, finally, a rather pointed complaint).The main problem with web-based and (putatively) ""fully automated"" systems like Mulberry's is that if the system should fail to work, one finds oneself essentially s%*$ out of luck.Optimistic at last,C. Roseville StoreThe staff was good and my wedding dress was cleaned well. They promised my wedding dress would be ready to pick up one month after I dropped it off. It wasn’t ready until almost three months later. The staff was unable to give me any information about why it was taking so long and instead would give me expected ready dates which would turn out to be wrong. This happened four times and was quite concerning. I did trust them with my wedding dress after all. When it was finally ready it came well cleaned and nicely packaged.

Roseville StoreI came from Illinois and the same service would have cost me seven dollars, and you charged double. I do not mind paying to have my clothes dry cleaned, but I also do not like getting ripped off. So I will never be back there

Roseville StoreAfter your service, there was a brown spot on the back of my dress that was not there when I brought it in.
Also, the dress lining now hangs down below the dress hemline, which it did not before I brought it in.

Roseville StoreYou charged me $28 for 2 shirts and a sweater. When I asked why I was told you dry cleaned the shirts instead of laundry. You took it upon yourself to get as much revenue as you could out of a small order. And the $28 was supposedly 25% off which I highly doubt I received the discount.

Roseville StoreI paid $66 for my Coach purse to be cleaned and it doesn't look much different than when I brought it in? Sure wish someone would've taken the time to explain why the cleaning is sub-par.
