I come here because you all do a great job but every time I have a coupon it's never logged in the system and it's always a problem. I get people may abuse these coupons but I just like anyone else try to get a good deal when I can; my coupons are always valid.

This order was fine. In general, things are fine. Once in a while the pressing is less than perfect. Also, when the order is returned, I would always like to get a new bag. It seems like every other time recently I don't get a new bag, and I don't notice until I get home.

I have been a customer of yours for several years and have rarely had issues with the quality of cleaning/ pressing. When I did, the issues were quickly resolved. I was a little alarmed about a month ago when my bill seemed higher than it should have been by $5-$10. I called for an explanation and I was told that it was because there were extra stains on my husbands shirts. Of course we all make messes from time to time, but my husband wears his shirts once and then in the basket they go. I also see him when he gets home every night and virtually never notice spots on him. The gal explained that sometimes there are stains and then they charge extra. I was never told this and would expect it on heavily soiled items but not a dress shirt worn very lightly. She happily adjusted my account and told me that next time I come in, I should ask to look over each shirt upon drop-off to determine if there would be an upcharge. Wasn't too excited to do this but when I did, I got raised eyebrows and a "she told you what?" Needless to say I felt overbearing and awkward which made me feel bad. I can deal with this and it's not the end of the world but I do pay a premium to patronize your establishment and it's far from my home since you moved out of Ridgedale (don't even get me started on delivery...that failed me miserably) so I would rather not have to be totally on guard when I run this errand. Thanks for your time and thank you for being really good at cleaning...it's just the back end stuff that is challenging at times. :) Have a great day!

I appreciated that I was able to speak to the seamstress who agreed to sew my dog leash, but did not get a response for how long it would take nor a receipt. So I waited until the clerk helped two others and then asked about it.

On many occasions I've had garments or other textiles returned with a "sorry..." note on them, indicating that you were not able to get out marks without risking damaging the garment. I picked up a trenchcoat of my mom's on Friday and had that experience...it looked to me like normal dirt (or perhaps grease, but not a dark grease stain) so I wasn't sure why it hadn't been able to be removed. At any rate, life goes on! Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

I own 4-5 of the exact same style of Eileen Fisher slacks and frequently send them all to the cleaners at the same time. They are frequently inconsistently ironed - sometimes with a crease down the front and sometimes creased along the seam. Not a big deal -
