We dropped our clothes off at our local Lunds and Byerlys in Eagan and the person at the desk was not happy that we had not itemized the clothes in our bag and proceeded to dump everything out and count everything before we could continue with our shopping. We do not have to do this when we use the drop boxes or leave the blue bags at our house. She was not in a good mood and told us we had an outstanding balance, I asked if I could pay that now since I was not aware of an outstanding balance and she took quite a bit of time at the computer only to tell us that that was not possible. I will try not to work with a person in the future.

This is my first time using Mulberrys services and I was very pleased. The staff were very kind and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. The only issue I had was that I wasn't told how long my order would take. This is my first time getting something dry cleaned and I had no idea on how long it would take. Other than that, I recieved an email when my order was done and was otherwise very content with the excellent service I recieved.

The window of pickup time is so large. I'd prefer a 4 or 5 hr window. I'd also like to receive an email with a receipt and breakdown of cost.

The order was processed earlier than expected, which was great. However the woman I dropped off my items with was also the one I picked up my order from. I asked her about the stain I had pointed out when dropping off. Her response was that it didn't come with a stain card, but I could take a look. This indicated to me she wasn't attentive to the detail at drop off. Thankfully whoever processed my item was able to get it out.

I will be bringing in my sweater that I paid to be dry cleaned and de-pilled. It has two bulges in the shoulders from the hanger it was on. I can not wear the sweater in this condition.
