Overall it was a great experience. Only thing to add is that I expected a few of the collar stains to have been removed, but they could have been too deep. I will come back for regular service. Thanks.

Everything was great; however I was supposed to get a new ID on my dry cleaning bag. Not only did I not receive new ID but I did not get my dry cleaning bag returned. Not a big deal but that's why it was only 4 stars instead of 5.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is there have been a handful of times that our dry cleaning was forgotten to be picked up.Otherwise, I think you are doing great.

Getting too expensive. Last order looked like about $4.50 for a laundered folded mens' shirt. when I started shopping at Mulberry's it was about $3.25.

Pick up was great. Drop off was not. It was such a cluster at my first attempt of drop off that I gave up and stopped by later.

It was close to perfect so don't worry about following up, it just was a little slower than usual and more expensive than I thought it would be, but it was likely because my husband had suit pants in there I hadn't realized, overall we are still happy with Mulberry's. :)
