More clearly identify if there is damage to an item. Also, replace buttons if they are broken in the dry cleaning process.

My experience with Mulberrys is always very good. The only issue with this particular delivery (and which is an issue that periodically happens with Mulberrys deliveries) is that some of my shirts were returned with collar stays that were too large/long, causing the collar to bend. I had to replace these with right-fitting stays.

In general it was great service and I appreciate the discount for downloading the app. I will use the app again. The only hiccups were small: the pick-up person had the wrong house number for me. There was also some confusion around who was delivering my order, Mulberries or the other service.

For the most part it was fine - it was a little frustrating that the pickup address the drivers had wasn't what I had entered on my confirmation emails so it took a few tries for them to get my things.

I liked the wooden hangers better. Also, there have been times when the collars & cuffs of my shirts have been mis-pressed. Overall I'm happy with the stain removal service. It always makes me sad when an old shirt comes back with a tear, but I am quite sure they just wear out and the fibers finally give way in the wash.

We love the service and overall have been very happy. Our only complaint is the organization/computer system. We are on auto pay and frequently our bill does not go through or we get a paper bill that should have been paid. Our information has to be "re-set" often. Sometimes we get e-mails when they pick up, sometimes we don't. Just seems like the computer system needs an upgrade. Otherwise, we are very happy.

I have had multiple garmets ruined from getting them dry cleaned only to go unnoticed by you and sent back to me as if they were fine. A bit frustrating.

It would be cool if the service had someway to "check" the bag in at drop. So I didn't have to remind myself that I dropped a bag. Like a QR code on the bag I could scan and tells me when bag is at drop, etc. Just an idea.
