St. Louis Park StoreService was excellent and alterations and cleaning were completed successfully. We were given another customer's tailored jacket with our original order and didn't realize until we took items out of bags when we returned home. Thus, a minor inconvenience in having to return to the store to return items that weren't ours resulted in a slightly less than perfect experience.

St. Louis Park StoreI loved the actual cleaning service. However, I was a little less pleased with the quality of your pick-up and delivery personnel. They seem to lack care and concern for people's belongings. My clothes were left on the floor. Granted, I asked them to place them in between my door and storm door not knowing that everything would be on hangers. I thought they might be folded in a garment bag and this is my first time using your service. Your delivery people should be the experts. If something is going to get ruined, they should help educate the customer. I would have preferred that they hand them on the door handle. I came back home to find my nice clothes smashed by my storm door, on the ground, wrinkled and some even torn. After paying a great deal of money, this was very frustrating to say the least. Also, I have a suede jacket that was sent in for cleaning and I have not been contacted as to when it will be delivered. I would love a follow-up as to where it is and when I can expect delivery. Thank you very much.

St. Louis Park StoreI wish I could order service the morning of the day I am on the route (i.e. Monday/Thursday). I frequently don't think of doing so until the morning - but it is then too late. Then I have to wait a few days or take my laundry elsewhere.

St. Louis Park StoreThis was my first time using Mulberrys. The clothes look wonderful, so cleaning was great. Communication was frustrating. I wasn't sure what to expect--I thought I asked to knock at door or call--I did not want clothes left if I was not there, yet they were left. Buttons were sown on--which was great, but I did not request it. On a pair of dress trousers, I specifically attached a note NOT to sew on the button as I had it and would do it after cleaning was complete, but a button was sewn on anyway. So now I need to remove that one and replace it with the right one. I thought based on info from the web that clothes would be delivered Thursday, but they weren't. When I called it was still unclear. So they came when I did not expect it and were left hanging on my door knob when no one was home. I use dry cleaning rarely. I only want on demand pick-up. It was unclear in any documentation that this is understood, so hopefully they don't make an unnecessary trip to my house. Clearer communication on all this would have made the experience wonderful because having the pickup/delivery option was fantastic, and the clothing looks beautiful.

St. Louis Park StoreMy first use of your next day pick up was fine. When trying to fill our your feedback/review from the email you sent me, your software didn't work very well. It kept returning to the first screen with blanks in my name etc. I like the new service. I assume you will apply the $10.00 credit offer to my latest shirt order. St. Louis Park StoreThere's been a slight glitch using the pick-up service and I'm not sure if it is my fault or what, but I've left stuff in the blue bag on my doorstep 3 different times after scheduling a pick-up and the clothes were not picked up. I may have left them too late in the morning (9:30 am or so) but if I could get that fixed, it would be wonderful!

St. Louis Park StoreThey do not always read notes we send down with clothing. Also they OFTEN has mislabeled items as things other than they are and charge more. For example I sent a scarf down and they called it a rug. My husband sent a plain short down and they said it was embellished and charged more. he has NO embellished shirts! your company is much more expensive than others.

St. Louis Park StoreI was told that my item would be ready on Thursday but I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. They also charged me an extra $10 to try and get some blood out of my blazer. I wish they would have called me beforehand to ask if that was ok. Even with a coupon, dry cleaning my one item cost me $22. That seems a bit insane.
