I had a pair of pants dropped off for alterations over a year ago that haven't been found which is annoying but not a deal breaker as there are very few good dry cleaners in MSP.I do think there needs to be better communication between the local stores and the delivery system as not everyone seems to understand or be able to answer questions accurately about the delivery process. The Lyndale/53rd location is very pleasant and friendly.Thanks

St. Louis Park StoreI love the service and am always very happy with the cleaning services Mulberry's provides. When things weren't exactly as ordered, they do a fantastic job in correcting the issue. The only complaint I have, which isn't much of a complaint, is im curious to know what happened to the nice wood hangers. I do use them, but return them when I am finished. I am sorry to see that part of the service go, but will still continue using the service because overall, it is fantastic! :)

St. Louis Park StoreThe Mulberry app showed my Order as In Progress and the status never updated even after the Order was ready for pickup. It would have been nice if the person accepting my order at drop off would have asked if there were special instructions for any items.

St. Louis Park StoreI originally scheduled a pickup for Thursday, 6/29, and placed my bag outside just before 8 a.m. because the confirmation I received said pickup is between 8 and 5. However, my bag was not picked up, so I rescheduled a pickup for Monday, 7/3. The driver rang our doorbell at 7:30 because I hadn't put the bag out yet, but he could see it through our front door. It's not a problem to put the clothes outside before 8, I just wish I had known that! If you could update the times in your communications to reflect what time the clothes should be outside, that would be great.In terms of the cleaning itself, the clothes looked great when they came back (as usual!) and I really appreciate that your system is really eco-friendly.

St. Louis Park StoreMost items were fine but 2 items needed to be repressed.
I returned them to the Mulberry cleaners near my home with specific directions- the items were delivered today in the same condition they were last week even though the tags on the bags gave clear instructions what needed to be done.
I've returned the items to the store again & asked that they be brought to the store- not delivered so I can see what's been done & not wait for the delivery timeline

St. Louis Park StoreI started using Mulberry's in 2010 and had a wonderful experience with familiar faces for the next three years. Since then, it seems like there is more turnover with the staff, starting with the tailor, and more frequent mistakes. I think it is worthwhile to retain your quality employees and keep your customers loyal.

St. Louis Park StoreI phoned already to better understand your pricing so I don't need a call back. When I first called to find out pricing I wasn't informed about the $0.99/shirt pricing for stains. I saw that the charges were more then expected when the shirts were delivered back today.
