St. Louis Park StoreService was great and I like the ways my clothes were cleaned. I had a stain on a sleeve of a sweater suit jkt that, if the material would be ruined, may not be able to be removed. It wasn't removed. I'm willing to pay more for clean cleaning for our environment, but the point of the dry cleaner is many instances is to get a stubborn stain out. That's the only reason this is not a five-star.

St. Louis Park StoreTwo of the dresses are perfect. The third came back with a tag stating that the dress had staining with was removed with the unfortunate side effect of color loss and (possible) damage to the material. I was not consulted about these risks prior to the cleaning of the dress. The dress is now not wearable for its original intended purpose (I can wear it for casual dress) and I must purchase a new one. I would like to be consulted prior to execution of procedures which could damage a garment.
