Burlingame StoreCleaning and garment care great. I do wish the staff were warmer and friendlier. My former dry cleaner had the friendliest intake people. The only reason I switched was I that I dislike the smell of perchlorate. But I do miss the smiles and warm greetings.

Burlingame StoreFirst, I love the dry cleaning itself, yet I keep having issues with the pick-up and delivery.I have mentioned this earlier by email. My recent order was not picked up at first. And the delivery was incomplete, resulting that part of the order was delivered while I was traveling, laying on my doorstep for several days.

I’ll leave it off Yelp! as letting you know directly is more appropriate. If you don’t know it happened, how can you fox it?

Burlingame StoreThe persons who did the pick up and delivery didn’t even know where they had to leave the stuff, they kept calling and interrupting my work. The whole point of the service is that it’s automatic and frictionless. Also, the hangers use too much space, can I return them?
