St. Louis Park StoreMy sweater was cleaned nicely. I left my old Waldorf-Nevens green bag (I put a white label on it saying MULBERRY) downstairs in my condo's drop-off/pick-up room on Monday and got it back Thursday with excellent email notice from both Mulberry and my condo package system. My only disappointment is that I didn't get a new light blue Mulberry bag and tag. I still have my makeshift white label on my old Waldorf-Nevens bag. I at least expected that I'd get a new routing tag.

St. Louis Park StoreYou already made it right. When I came to pick up my order, one item was missing and several others came back with stains I thought you'd be able to remove still on them. When I picked up the missing item yesterday, you credited my account and applied the credit toward the final item, leaving a balance I can use in the future.

St. Louis Park StoreI was thrilled with our clothes when they came to us all fresh, folded and even put on hangers! Definitely five stars there.I was less impressed with the getting started part. There was some breakdown in communication regarding where the clothes would be (on our back porch) for pick up. I explained it in detail to the person who signed me up for new service, but somehow that info never got to the driver. Our clothes were not picked up that day, even though I called around noon to make sure things were still on track. Our clothes were still out there that evening and I received no communication about any problem about the lack of a pick-up. I called the next day and rescheduled a new pick-up asap. When the driver got here he had no idea that he needed to go around to the back. Someone had to call me to inform me that the driver was there and didn't know where the clothes were. Luckily, I was able to answer the call and explain.I have to say that everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. It just seems to me that there is a lack of procedure for a new customer. Like an information sheet about what to expect, what I can do as a customer, and any other details to help streamline the whole experience.Despite the bumpy start, I plan on being a repeat customer and wish your business well. I really do love that you are earth friendly and have pick-up and delivery service.All the best,Mary

St. Louis Park StoreI had arrived to pick up my order after the quoted time. Only half was ready and in house. I was given a discount and the staff was very accommodating. I understand these things happen so I will be returning for all my dry cleaning needs.

St. Louis Park StoreI told the woman when I dropped my garments off what my email address was, so that they could email me when the items were done. But I never got an email; instead I got a text message, which is fine. But when I went to pick my items up, they didn't even have my email address on record, and my last name was spelled wrong.

St. Louis Park StoreThe service was great, however the rug I brought in had to be resent out to be cleaned again. There were still several stains on it when it was returned. I picked it up yesterday and the same stains were on there with a note that it was permanent. I am a bit disappointed because the stain was not originally there when I first brought it in, but now is permanently on the rug. Again the service was great, just the product did not turn out how I would have liked, for the price we paid.

St. Louis Park StoreOverall, great experience! My name had been misspelled when I dropped off my clothing so the person helping me had trouble finding my garments when I picked them up. However, they were very apologetic and looked me up by phone number instead. Then they made sure to change the spelling of my name and gave me a coupon presumably to make up for the mistake. I will definitely make a habit of taking my dry cleaning here.
