St. Louis Park StoreStopped in to pick up twice right before closing time posted only to be told the register had already been cashed out and I could not retrieve my dry cleaning. I used a location in a grocery store that is a convenient drop off for me on my way to work. I assumed 7pm closing time was just that, not 6:55.

St. Louis Park StoreFirst experience was good. Had placed an order for pickup AND delivery. Somehow the delivery got messed up and I had to pick it up myself. Not a huge deal, but wasn’t expecting it.

St. Louis Park StoreDry cleaning and laundry has been great. It’s the tailoring service that has been a challenge. Tailor Denise completed simple button and button hole modification on 3 shirts about a month ago, and they were great. I brought in four more fir the exact same work, but Denise didn’t get the order and another tailor did, who called me on a Sunday afternoon to clarify my request. Personally I thought the instructions the Mulberry staff put on the order were crystal clear. In a week or so the shirts came back instead of the collar button and it’s hole moved as requested, all the shirt buttons were moved and no change to the button hole. I brought the shirts back with the written instructions to mulberry and I was told that Denise would get the corrections completed. I received an email this week that my order was complete, so I stopped in and one shirt was back but the other three weren’t. I’m being charged again for the changes and the charges reflect the time it took Denise to undo what the other tailor did. On average my dress shirts new cost over $200 and it’s really important to me to have the shirts look right.

St. Louis Park StoreThe only thing that needs to be improved is e-mail notification. I was told items would be available after 5 on Friday. Thursday I got an e-mail items were ready. So I went to pick them up but 2 of the items were not at the Shop yet. So I went back Friday morning and all were there.Employees are excellent and helpful.

St. Louis Park StoreIt was good, overall. I understood that I was going to 50% off my order. In a huge hurry, running late, I picked up my laundry. The multiple items were not grouped together, so it took extra time to find them. The blue slips I was told don’t scan...so that took longer. And, not having time to ask why I didn’t get 50% off, I’ll now have to go back, after a week out of town. Saying all of that, I love the delivery service, I love the store, and the staff have been great. Seemed like some internal processes got in the way, rather than mistakes
