San Carlos StoreYou need to double check you have the right customer info before taking an order. Someone with my name dropped off an order and I'm the one getting emails and texts about it. For starters, double check the phone number and not just the first and last name of an account.

Delivery StoreI called twice to get service and you never showed up, finally after doing it by email you came,.
You lost my husbands shirts and I had to call and try to remember which ones you had
I printed out a 20% off coupon that was on your site and included it in the order.
I never got the 20% off. I called and the woman who answered said she would issue the 20% off.
Never saw that
Give me a break!!!

St. Louis Park StoreI have asked that the hangars not be hung on door knob because it locks me in my unit. When I tried to leave today I was locked in my apartment. This could be a serious matter if there was a fire. Please tell the delivery person.

Eagan StoreI went with Mulberry over Clean and Press because they had better reviews online. I got to say, I was extremely disappointed . While, the customer service/employees were very good, the service was terrible. I brought in 7 tablecloths to be pressed only. I needed them for a bridal shower. I got them back ahead of when I needed them so was quite pleased about that. When I first picked them up, I looked at them and noticed they were still very wrinkled. Of course, I was freaking out a bit because I didn’t have time to iron with family flying in for the shower. The men working were very apologetic and sent them in again and promise they would be done by 5pm the next evening. Again, they were done as promised but still pretty wrinkled. Not only that, there were brown scorch marks visible on one of them. The younger guy working can attest to this. While I receive a $30 discount, I feel like this didn’t suffice, especially since one of my brand new table cloths was ruined. He said that was all he was authorized to discount and gave me the number of someone to contact but I can’t seem to find it. I ended up spending hours ironing that I really didn’t have and made for a stressful situation. Out of the 6 useable tablecloths, there was really only one that I didn’t have to re-iron much. Not only that, we couldn’t use the one that was ruined so didn’t have a table cloth for the gift table. Again, I feel like $30 dollars really isn’t enough of a discount when I had to re-iron them and had one of them ruined. These were brand new tablecloths so I never even got to use one of them. I hope you will come up with a better compensation. I’m usually not one to leave a negative review or even complain but I felt I needed to in this case. Again, just so I don’t come off as all negative, I want to commend the people working there. They were great and I know this was not their fault.

Minneapolis StoreI have always had a good experience with the dry cleaning but when I asked to have one pant leg hemmed (the old hem fell out), the work was awful. Not only did they not hem in the correct place, it was uneven, and poorly sewn. Incredibly disappointed, especially considering the money that I spend and the fear that re-hemming will damage the pants.

Minneapolis StoreCustomer service woman who helped me with my drop off didn't know how I could redeem a $50 worth of dry-cleaning coupon for $35 and seemed rather annoyed with my persistence for redeeming the offer. I also had a special request for a button and she seemed confused and didn't know how to communicate my request to the people cleaning the garment. I felt very unsure about coming back to Mulberrys again since this woman did not instill any confidence in the company or her ability to account for my requests.

Minneapolis StoreI dropped off my comforter on 5/6 and was told it would be ready on 5/10. I returned on 5/13 and was informed it was delayed and to come back Monday, 5/15. I came back in the morning of 5/15 and was informed it was not ready yet and to return after 5pm that day. I did not receive my confirmation email that it was ready for pick-up until 5/17. I live in Savage and travel to the Minneapolis location because I typically love your service and treatment of my garments. I'm disappointed in the lack of and poor communication.
