Eagan StoreFound soap residue on quilt after first cleaning. Brought back for re-do - still found soap on quilt after supposedly cleaning the second time. Very disappointed.

Minneapolis StoreDamaged my ralph lauren dress pants. Sheared off the waist clasp and damaged the fabric. Have no idea how this was accomplished. Most likely during pressing process. Repair was subpar and fabric still damaged. Didn't seem like a big deal at all to Mullberrys. Would like credit applied to my account for nearly brand new, expensive pair of dress slacks.

St. Louis Park StoreI was charged more than quoted for a dress, charged the "formal" dress amount, even though it's not considered formal. Additionally, charged for the "extra care" to ensure the gemstones on the shoulder straps weren't damaged, and they ended up being damaged. Dress is currently in repair at Mulberry's.

Minneapolis StoreDropped of Friday. Tried to pick up Monday morning, and nothing was finished. Picked up the order this evening. Not really a "let me speak to your manager" kind of guy, but neither employee wanted anything to do with greeting me or making me feel welcome. It was roughly $36 for six items. I get the save the planet business model, but I felt like I was inconveniencing your establishment by overpaying and waiting a weekend + a day for the order to be completed. Hopefully it was just a bad experience and not the culture of the organization. Good luck.

Palo Alto StoreThis is my first time at mulberrys . I called them to enquire about same day cleaning , they told me that it is 25% more and based on that I dropped my clothes. When I went there to pick up , the bill amount didn't sounded right , when I asked them it is 25% more for same day . I told them the numbers don't Add up and I want to see the recipe. When I pointed out that it is more than 25% they said sorry it's 45% not 25%. It's not much money for me it's the Attitude that I didn't like.

Delivery MN StoreWhat a disaster. The driver dumped my laundry downstairs by the garage. If I had known he wasn't going to come up to my flat - if you had just told me- i wouldn't left my two bags of dirty laundry by my front door for pickup. I am not using your service because I am too lazy or rich, I just need a little help. I guess I have the wrong expectations for your business.

Minneapolis StoreFor my past two orders, I have requested "rushed" service for my clothing. Each piece of my last two orders has appeared to be cleaned and cared for well, but they have smelled like smoke. For what it's worth, I have had a rushed order to pick up at both the Edina and St. Louis Park locations, both with the same result. I have been a customer for a few years, and have never had this happen before. I am not a smoker, nor is anyone in my household. My clothes used to come back from Mulberry's smelling fresh, similar to the Caldrea products you sell in your store.It has been very disappointing to have my clothing come back in this state - I am a graduate student trying to make an impression on potential future employers as I wear these clothes to sites to gain experience with mentors in my field, and work with the public. The smell of smoke permeates the clothing for the duration of time that I am wearing it, despite my efforts to rid of it through washing these pieces at home before taking them in to be cleaned at Mulberry's, and the use of odor eliminating sprays I purchased to attempt to mitigate the issue. My attempts to rid my clothing of the smoke smell have not been effective. I have not reported this concern previously.I am preparing to bring in another order of clothing to be cleaned - with great hesitancy. I appreciate the environmentally friendly way you launder and dry-clean, and have had great experiences with the staff at the locations I have been to. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience to pay for my clothes to be cleaned and have them come back smelling like smoke. I hope that this issue can be addressed going forward.

Minneapolis Store1. I tried to reschedule date - but no email response to my email, and no way to do it online.
2. The man called me 2 times when he was delivering even though it was supposed to get delivered to lobby
3. My belt was sent for dry cleaning but not returned with my dress
4. I have emailed 2 times in 3 days but never received a response

St. Louis Park StoreI was told my pants would be done on Friday (even have an email confirming it). I asked someone to swing by and grab them for me and they were told that I was quoted Saturday and not Friday. Not only was this a waste of time for them it makes me look like an idiot for asking and as if I don't know what I was told. Made several attempts to call as hours stated you were open until 7pm. No answer. Extremely unhappy that I drove past 2 tailors (that I know of) to come to you, I will likely stop at one of them next time and keep my dry cleaning business there too.

San Carlos StoreYou need to double check you have the right customer info before taking an order. Someone with my name dropped off an order and I'm the one getting emails and texts about it. For starters, double check the phone number and not just the first and last name of an account.

Delivery StoreI called twice to get service and you never showed up, finally after doing it by email you came,.
You lost my husbands shirts and I had to call and try to remember which ones you had
I printed out a 20% off coupon that was on your site and included it in the order.
I never got the 20% off. I called and the woman who answered said she would issue the 20% off.
Never saw that

St. Louis Park StoreI have asked that the hangars not be hung on door knob because it locks me in my unit. When I tried to leave today I was locked in my apartment. This could be a serious matter if there was a fire. Please tell the delivery person.

Eagan StoreI went with Mulberry over Clean and Press because they had better reviews online. I got to say, I was extremely disappointed . While, the customer service/employees were very good, the service was terrible. I brought in 7 tablecloths to be pressed only. I needed them for a bridal shower. I got them back ahead of when I needed them so was quite pleased about that. When I first picked them up, I looked at them and noticed they were still very wrinkled. Of course, I was freaking out a bit because I didn’t have time to iron with family flying in for the shower. The men working were very apologetic and sent them in again and promise they would be done by 5pm the next evening. Again, they were done as promised but still pretty wrinkled. Not only that, there were brown scorch marks visible on one of them. The younger guy working can attest to this. While I receive a $30 discount, I feel like this didn’t suffice, especially since one of my brand new table cloths was ruined. He said that was all he was authorized to discount and gave me the number of someone to contact but I can’t seem to find it. I ended up spending hours ironing that I really didn’t have and made for a stressful situation. Out of the 6 useable tablecloths, there was really only one that I didn’t have to re-iron much. Not only that, we couldn’t use the one that was ruined so didn’t have a table cloth for the gift table. Again, I feel like $30 dollars really isn’t enough of a discount when I had to re-iron them and had one of them ruined. These were brand new tablecloths so I never even got to use one of them. I hope you will come up with a better compensation. I’m usually not one to leave a negative review or even complain but I felt I needed to in this case. Again, just so I don’t come off as all negative, I want to commend the people working there. They were great and I know this was not their fault.
