The delivery person left my clothes in the lobby of my building unattended. I have zero clue if the clothes will be there when I return later in the afternoon. I tried calling him and texting so that he could leave them somewhere safer and ignored me.

I requested via e mail two times for pick up. Pick up never happened. It finally occurred the third time when I called to notify you. The mgr of the St Louis Pk store was at least apologetic and took care of making sure the pick up occurred the next day.

I asked for a coat to be dry cleaned and a embroided patch to be sewn onto the pocket of the coat. I pinned it in place and it was returned cleaned but the patch was sewn on upside down. The patch had lions on it which were clearly the wrong way up so really frustrating.

I received the wrong item so I had to drive back to return someone else's dry cleaning and will return again tomorrow when mine is ready. Suzanne was wonderful about it and is working to get my item ready as soon as possible.

I gave the driver 6 items in a plastic bag: 2 larger green and white striped, square pillows, 1 small rectangular pillow with crochet on one side, 1 down comforter, and 2 silk knit tops. I have received back only the 2 knit tops, which you charged me over $30.00 to clean. I was supposed to receive 50% off. Does that mean you would have charged me $60.00 to clean 2 knit tops? And what happened to the rest of my items? When will I get them? I have heard nothing from you except the driver told me they did not come in. They haven't come today either. I'm very displeased.

Lots of surprise extra charges not disclosed upfront or on the receipt had to do math and ask questions to be told multiple extra charges like French cuff etc.

This was our first time using Mulberry to dry clean a table cloth we use at conferences and it is ruined. It came back with snags in the cloth. It is a $220 table cloth that I needed to take for a conference tonight.

I recently dropped picked up my dry cleaning and noticed that my shirt had stains that were not removed. The shirt did not look like it was cleaned at all, just ironed. Another shirt, which has never been worn, had heat singed markings on the back and also had white fuzzes on the inside of the shirt. Additionally, the shirt was never appropriately pressed as it had ceased marks on the arm and also had started to pilling. I will never go back to Mulberrys again as the cashier did not offer any solutions to my concerns raised about my shirt. She also said that if she sent it back and if the shirt was damaged, it Mulberry would not assume any liabilities. I will also pass on this bad reviews to other friends and also post this same complaint on yelp.

i dropped off one dress, but when i picked it up you had separated the dress into 2 separate pieces and i was charged for 2 dresses. the dry cleaning cost more than the cost of the dress.... i very clearly said 1 dress when i dropped off and it is obviously I piece. you have my contact info: call and let me know if you're putting it in the system as 2 pieces... and then when i was surprised at pick up, the employee was less than apologetic, in fact, she was quite rude about it! i didnt ask for a discount, but was letting her know that i was disappointed and that this should be brought to you attention. she did not care. and tried to make me feel stupid for mentioning it. i will not be back.

Coordination of both pick up and delivery was frustrating. I had multiple stop at my house for pick up when I had a delivery scheduled. I also received confusing texts about the status of my delivery. Text said items had been delivered on Monday. I was out of town, so as far as I knew my items were delivered and probably stolen by time I got home. I had to call again on Thursday to get to the bottom of this

I'm very disappointed in my experience with Mullbery's Cleaners. Not only was my laundry not picked up on time (on Tuesday), but when I was told it would be delivered by Thursday evening, it wasn't. There was poor transparency with pricing details (and discrepancies in what I was told it would cost from what I was charged). I'm missing a sock, and the white shirts were obviously put in the wash with dark clothes/jeans because they're now tinted blue. On top of all of that, I'm not sure what kind of machine you're using, because I've never had a problem in washing the same shirts with my laundry machine at home, but it was on such a high speed that it ripped the company tags off of the shirt and also ripped the stiching on the shirts. I'm extremely disappointed given I chose Mulbery's Cleaners due to the claims made on the website about the care put into the process, and now I'm left with ruined clothes due to sheer negligence.

We dropped off laundry and dry cleaning on a Friday, and were told it would be delivered on Monday. When it was not delivered on Monday, I called and was first told that there was no order on record, then after persisting that we had dropped off clothes and there should be a record, we were told that yes, they have the clothes and they will be delivered but they don't know what day or time. When I asked if there was someone else I could call who could tell us what was going on with our clothes, the person I spoke to said he would send an email to someone to inquire. By the next day, I had not heard anything back and called again towards the end of the day and still the person I spoke to had no idea when our clothes would be delivered, but said again he would email someone and call back. He did call back to tell me that the clothes would be delivered on Thursday. We would never have used your service had we known it would take nearly a week to return our clothes, we are in the middle of remodeling and have no laundry so got to the point where we had no clean clothes for our son for two days. What was even worse was that no one seemed to have a clue what was going on when we called and seemed unconcerned that we were told our clothes would be delivered Monday and they were just in limbo somewhere. We had tried the delivery service with the old version of your cleaner, and had a pretty similar experience, but had hoped that with the rebrand you would be more organized. Just horrible service.

It took 3 times to have the Pick up and Delivery50 to happened ( 2 times scheduled on the phone, one was rescheduled, the next, no one even showed even though I waited for them at the pick up time) finally i scheduled it on the computer, responding to the offer you emailed me.The invoices, once the order had been picked up were incorrect and it took 2 or 3 times to correct them. I will wait and see if they have the $10 off that was offered previously for the inconveniences will be taken taken into account; unlikely is my guess given past experience.Now I am being emailed that I have to go somewhere and pick up my clothes when they were scheduled for delivery yesterday, the 25th, confirmed more than once. Quite unbelievable.

AFTER WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A VERY INSISTENT AND CLEAR DIRECTION TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE THAT THERE HAVE BEEN WAY TOO MANY PROBLEMS OVER THE PAST MONTH WITH YOUR PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE; AND MY STRONG AND CLEAR INTENTION TO NO LONGER USE YOUR SERVICE IF THERE WAS ANOTHER PROBLEM; THE VERY FIRST DELIVERY THIS MORNING LOOKED LIKE ALL OF MY CLEAN LAUNDRY WAS THROWN ONTO MY PORCH???!!!!???? OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE SEVERE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR UNRELIABLE DELIVERY SERVICE!!! NOT ONLY WILL I NO LONGER USE YOU FOR MY DRYCLEANING AND LAUNDRY; IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE, SOILING, STAINS, OR DIRT ON THE CLOTHES YOU PEOPLE DUMPED ON MY PORCH THIS MORNING (PICTURE SENT BY SEPARATE EMAIL) THEN YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE DAMAGES!!!!
