I received an empty blue express bag. I didn't receive the pair of pants or shirt from Tuesday's pick up. I was told by the Nic on Fifth concierge that there was no other items delivered with my name on them. I'm more surprised than anything, but would like to make sure I'll get the clothes back. Suede jacket was sent to an external vendor that specializes in leather / suede cleaning. The jacket was returned with a tear in the inside lining and a 2 inch permanent mark on the suede. The jacket was purchased in Fall of 2017, and was lightly worn before being cleaned. Denim staining around the waist line was the reason for the cleaning, those stains were removed. I blindly trusted Mulberry’s to handle this level of garment... bummed it came back in worse shape. Definitely never setting foot in Mulberry’s again and allowing them to send my garments out to external vendors. What a waste!

i am completely distraught as a i write this. i had a leather jacket cleaned. after i arrived home, i noticed that there were several flaws with my garment resulting from the cleaning, and that additional service had been performed by Mulberrys, which unfortunately has ruined the original appearance of the jacket. 1) the wire that is inset in the collar of the jacket has been broken in many places, rendering it useless. Part of the wire is also sticking out from the seam. i imagine this occurred during some sort of heat/pressing that was done. 2) almost all of the silver hardware on the jacket has black coating on it, presumably from whatever coloring was added to the jacket. This is unacceptable. 3) color/dye was added to the jacket, ruining the two-tone, garment washed appearance of this garment. this two-tone look was inherent to the original style, and the jacket now appears solid black. I have no idea why this was done, as a cleaning was requested, and adding color/doing repairs was not requested. It looks terrible. 4) the leather was pressed. this was a vintage-look jacket, the retailer uses a specialty tanning process to achieve this look. now the leather looks completely flat, and much of the grain is no longer visible. The jacket looks terrible. much like a PU jacket, and much cheaper looking than when it was dropped off at your facility. I'm beside myself. I have no idea how all these issues would be resolved without replacing this garment, and refunding the cleaning charge. Luckily the garment is still available in retail, so my expectation is that Mulberrys replaces it.

I was charged incorrectly for 2/4 items. I had 3 (wool) sweaters and one dress and was charged $60. Upon further inspection I realized I was overcharged $3 per sweater because they were listed as cashmere. When I discovered this, the front desk staff seemed more annoyed than apologetic. In fact, they did not apologize at all for mistake. Will not be returning and would not recommend this cleaner to anyone.

We sent a woman’s blouse and a mans pant. We had two hangers; one woman’s blouse but no men’s pant. I called Mulberrys, they knew we didn’t receive the men’s pant but forgot to notify us of the mistake.

I gave 1 star because it is not possible to give less. My husbands shirts were returned wrinkled to the point that he has to iron them before he wears them. I returned it for a redo and there is no improvement. The email insent went unanswered and the girl at the counter just shrugged and told me I could send it back again. This is after she said it is probably the material - it is five different shirts with a variety of material. I am dissatisfied with the product and the response has made me angry.

My husband I have been using Mulberry's for years. I'm so upset right now. I'm leaving tomorrow at 4:30am for a wedding and brought in a white Eileen Fisher blouse, order 11-204024 which I picked up at 8:30pm tonight because it wasn't ready with the rest of the order at 5pm on Tuesday. I should have looked at the shirt when I picked it up. My blouse has a bunch of green ink stains on it. The crazy thing is that I wasn't even going to bring it in because it wasn't that dirty or wrinkled. I don't understand how it now has green ink stains on it. Obviously the green ink occurred after I dropped off the shirt. We've been clients for years and I've never complained. It's crazy that that I have to wear this blouse with green ink stains on it to a wedding because I don't have time to buy a new blouse. I don't understand why Mulberry's didn't call me about the green ink stains, I could have bought a new blouse, and now I cannot.

First of all, when I dropped off my two items, I asked how much it was gonna be. The girl who helped me said she would not know until she entered the order into the system or whatever. I asked her whether I will receive an email about the cost and she said yes. I never received any emails abt the cost until this morning an email came in saying my order was ready. When I picked them up, one dress still has that one stain which is the reason why I sent it in for dry cleaning. and it came to $40 for two short dresses? I asked why it was so much more. Then the lady said because brand care was added to both of my dresses. I think I should be informed when I dropped off my item. I felt I was robbed. I spent $40 and got the dresses back with the stains on. What a scam. Btw, I checked my spam folder and still didn't find any email from mulberry about the cost. Terrible service. And the girl working at 101 California wasn't friendly or helpful at all.

Dropped off coat for new zipper on Mo. Got call on W telling me it will be almost twice the quoted price. Said OK. Told me coat would be back Sat after 3:00. Got there at 3:30-no coat-in transit. Coat didn’t show up until Sun. Got it home. Zipper came apart in my hand. Only 1/2 had been replaced. Had to return AGAIN to get fixed. VERY unhappy!
