Once again, you completely ignored my VERY PROMINENT instructions requesting an alteration and sent back my shirt unaltered. I wrote the instructions clearly on a large white piece of paper and tightly clipped them to the shirt to be altered. There is no way the person who removed the paper could have missed it.What do I need to do to send alteration instructions that will be honored and completed? Or should I just give up on you and use Rinse instead????

I have used mulberry’s on a consistent basis the last two orders in a row have been frustrating. Part of my order didn’t arrive on time and took an extra 10 days to arrive. I get it, mistakes happen. My last order did not get delivered when promised and just arrived today. The last thing I need or want to worry about is whether I’m getting my clothes back and mulberry’s does not give me that peace of mind.

I'm a new customer and other than the initial pick up and delivery, I've had problems every other interaction. In spite of getting emails from Mulberry's and having full set up my account and having the first delivery returned successfully, after scheduling my second pick up online, no one every showed up to pick it up. I then called my store to understand what happened and they had no record of me being a customer!! They had to manually add me into their system even though I'd already gotten the first delivery from them. Then when they returned the second delivery, they didn't return my bag. I emailed asking for a bag replacement and while they delivered that yesterday, they also delivered another bag with my wife's name on it and a different address. I'm impressed with the cleaning and the delivery service but the logistics of running the operations leaves a lot to be desired.

I brought in my shoes to be resoled. I was told they'd be ready in a few days, and on Friday I got an email saying they were ready. When I came in, nothing had been done! If you couldn't do the work, why take the order? Why lie to me and say they were done?

I paid nearly $40 for cleaning and got back a wrinkled mess of a comforter. If I could send you a picture, I would. Putting it on a hanger rather than stuffing it into a bag would certainly have been preferable.

Destroyed a second shirt. Given a credit and no where does it show a credit in the “system.” Unable to give receipts in a timely manner. Had to call to get the email and then told he can’t email them but print them out. So much for trying to use technology.

I did not receive anything yesterday. My husband followed up via phone call and again was told that his shirt was delivered. Please locate the shirt and deliver it.Also, the last two times I have requested a pickup nobody has come to pick up any clothes. Not sure what’s goi g on with your route and driver but please fix ASAP. This is becoming very problematic.

Last time I picked up my clothes, luckily(!!), I (not your guy!) found out that a pair of suite pants are missing! It took you more than a week to find them and you didn't bother to call me and update me on the situation!

My assistant specifically chose a time for my clothes to be picked up and delivered. However this delivery was outside the time that she chose. What is the point of choosing a specified time if your team is just going to drop it off whenever they feel like?

There must be a glitch in your system. We asked for return of items for next week. We are out of town and don’t want items sitting on porch exposed to the weather or possibly stolen. Also, the dekivery person does not put them on the back doir, but right on the front doir where easily seen and stolen. Can someone please give us a call at 612-804-2483 to sort out our delivery preferences to avoid further mishaps? This is the second time this has happened. We called someone to come by and put yhem inside, but they won’t be able to come until 6:00. I hope they are still there and in good shape.
