Delivery-SF StoreSent a white dress in for dry cleaning. Came back with many yellow colored stains and blue smudges that weren’t there previously! It looks in way worse shape than before we sent it in. How can we fix this? It was $17.93 to dry clean this dress and now it looks ruined!

Delivery MN StoreI was missing an item when my order was delivered Tuesday. Called and you said everything was delivered and then received an email today saying “it fell off the hanger” and would be delivered today and I still got charged for the item you lost for 3 days

My ten month old son's shorts had mold on them from being wet in a bag for over a week. I was unable to remove the mold so I decided to have them handled by an expert. Upon dropping them off I very clearly showed the mold to the clerk who was skeptical but didn't seem to have enough experience to say the mold would or would not be removed. I think that he felt concerned about the cost (~$10) given the [small] size of the garment, but also didn't have any authority to deal with that. The shorts were ready in less than 24 hours. I picked them up from the same clerk. Upon inspection it was clear that the stain was not at all removed. He noted that the stain tag was still on hanger so they were unable to remove the stain. Again he felt awkward about price given the result, but didn't seem to have any authority to do anything about it. I was kind and didn't request a refund because he had upheld the terms as he felt obligated. But I left feeling pretty bad about the overall experience. Upon more thought I think my major problem was that I paid over $10 for a failed service. Had the charge been more modest I don't think I would have expected such a high level of service. But for $10 I was expecting more than. So far I don't see any reason why to return to or recommend your business.

Delivery MN StoreIn my most recent order, I included a button in an envelope.
On the envelope was a request to re-attach button to pillow case duvet.
Not only is the button not re attached, but the envelope with button is not included in the order when delivered.
I need said envelope with button returned so I can bring my order to a service that can re attach.

Delivery-SF StoreI will call tomorrow myself.
This is my second time bringing my clothes. First time, everything was amazing. Today was the most awkward experience ever! First of all everything, and I mean everything looks like it never been cleaned. I still can smell perfume and sweat on all of my dresses. The cashmere cardigan, smells and doesn’t look fresh at all. The black dress looked like it was just put back on the hanger without even touching it. But THE MOST outrageous thing is, i recieved the slip from my fav and bone dress, but not the actual dress. I will call first thing in a morning, but I’m do have a stomach ache just thinking that you guys lost it.

244 Townsend StoreI dropped four items off for repair a week ago and got an email saying all of my items were ready but when I showed up the woman acted like I only had one item. I asked her if the other things were ready and she looked around for a few minutes and then said “I don’t know where they are.” She asked me to come back tomorrow but couldn’t guarantee if my items would be ready yet. No apology or explanation given.

Minneapolis StoreI brought my wedding dress here because I was attracted to the toxin free cleaning process. Unfortunately the $200 I spent on my cleaning got me a dress that is still dirty and is extremely wrinkled, the response to my yelp review indicated that someone pressed it - there is no way that is true it looks like it had been crumpled on the floor. I understand that damage may have resulted from further cleaning, but the fact remains that I paid full price for this service and it was not able to be completed. My dress still being dirty is also not my only point of dissatisfaction, if that were the case I would not be so disappointed in this service I appreciate the expertise in not damaging it further.I am disappointed by the strange communication about when pieces would be done. I have the app and got notified only by text and email when "the item" was ready for pickup, not the "promise by dates" which I was not made aware of and which were not what was told to me in person (3 weeks) I am disappointed my pieces were separated and then made available for pickup at different times without me being aware of it, I had no idea until I got there only one piece was there. I am very disappointed my dress is so wrinkled. It does not appear to have been treated with care, and that is what is disappointing most of all. My wedding dress and accessories are obviously once in a lifetime pieces for me and I would have hoped for more respectful care of them and of my time.
