Delivery MN StoreFor the second time within 2-3 weeks we have received clothes in our delivery that aren’t ours. In the past I have lost articles of clothing and now I feel I understand why that has happened. This is very concerning. I have contacted you in the past to see if you have them in inventory to no avail.

Minneapolis StoreI brought my wedding dress here because I was attracted to the toxin free cleaning process. Unfortunately the $200 I spent on my cleaning got me a dress that is still dirty and is extremely wrinkled, the response to my yelp review indicated that someone pressed it - there is no way that is true it looks like it had been crumpled on the floor. I understand that damage may have resulted from further cleaning, but the fact remains that I paid full price for this service and it was not able to be completed. My dress still being dirty is also not my only point of dissatisfaction, if that were the case I would not be so disappointed in this service I appreciate the expertise in not damaging it further.I am disappointed by the strange communication about when pieces would be done. I have the app and got notified only by text and email when "the item" was ready for pickup, not the "promise by dates" which I was not made aware of and which were not what was told to me in person (3 weeks) I am disappointed my pieces were separated and then made available for pickup at different times without me being aware of it, I had no idea until I got there only one piece was there. I am very disappointed my dress is so wrinkled. It does not appear to have been treated with care, and that is what is disappointing most of all. My wedding dress and accessories are obviously once in a lifetime pieces for me and I would have hoped for more respectful care of them and of my time.

Delivery MN StoreExtremely displeased with my first time service at Mulberry’s. In addition to the below, the woman who answers customer calls at the Roseville location should be fired. She treated me lterribly both times I spoke to her, and this was BEFORE I even SAW my “cleaned” clothes. She is not friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable about the operations at Mulberrys. If someone bothers to call me, I will explain this further.The following could be remedied with a refund or redo/fix:-stickers placed directly on clothing instead of clothing labels?! I cannot get them off now-ruined part of the fur on hood of down jacket (it’s very obvious and part of it is stuck to the jacket)-stretched out delegate tank top but the way it was “tied” to the hanger
-hole in sweater AND sweater was hung on a hanger like a coat and not a sweater (obviously, as a company that “specialized” in clothing, you should know why this is problematic).-on the same sweater noted above, the shoulders were literally stuck to the hanger and I had to rip the sweater off of the hanger..this same sweater was counted/priced as a JACKET and not a sweater.-I sent 4 (total) jackets to be cleaned. One of them was felted wool and had a belt around it. I was charged for a “misc. belt” (which is part of the jacket) and the belt was hung on a hanger in a different bag from the coat.

Delivery MN StoreI don't want to pay for dry cleaning my shirts. I say this every time I call and request a pick up. I am then charged for dry cleaning. Then I have to call and ask for a refund. Only to have it happen again the next time. It's frustrating and makes me want to use a different service.

Minneapolis StoreNo need to follow up. First time I used your service you lost one of my shirts. After several calls with no response from your staff I was finally reimbursed for my shirt. This process took about a month. After the great review you got in the Star Tribune I expected better. I will not return.

Minneapolis StoreI went to pick up my stuff at 10:00 and the place was closed and completely dark even though you are supposed to open at ten. I went to the grocery store and came back at 10:18 and you were still closed.

Delivery MN StoreIt was NOT delivered. This is the second time I've attempted to use your delivery, and the second time it did not arrive within three days after being notified that it was ready. So I came into your Townsend Street location and picked up the order. It isn't a big thing in that I live within a block, but your service doesn't match your premium prices.

Delivery MN StoreLint are still present all over the coats.
Feather from my down jacket is still stuck on my red coat.
There is still smell present of which I wanted to take care.
My husband and I are very disappointed and unsatisfied because we paid little extra based on good reviews.

2295 Filbert St. StoreFirst let me say that I expect far better from Mulberrys. I dropped off my dry cleaning off on Wednesday Morning expecting that I would be able to pick it up the next day during my lunch hour, and let me say that at any other dry cleaner around town I could have picked it up with no problem. But I was informed that I would not be able to pick it up until Friday after 4:00 pm which I found unacceptable but I was already there so okay. I was then informed on Friday morning that there was a delay so the clothes would not be ready for pickup till Saturday again unacceptable. This is a chronic pattern with Mulberrys promise one thing and cannot follow through poor very poor. The time before this I had an issue where I had my laundry delayed a few days. The excuse I was given then was that I had turned in my laundry 15 minutes after I had turned in my dry cleaning....15 minutes. I have no problem with paying for quality service but that is what I am not receiving from Mulberrys. A company should not raise it's price without raising the quality of service which did not happen here. So I am very displeased with Mullberrys an unfortunately cannot continue in this business relationship with Mulberrys. I really don't feel that it would be fair to continue to use your establishment and not get the quality that I expect and deserve.

Delivery MN StoreI've had 2 shirts come back recently one with the collar button ripped out and another with a big spot on the front. And another clearly marked on
the factory tag to launder shirt that I was charged 10 dollars for. I called and was given the run around by two people and told to call someone else. Call me or I am going elsewhere. Mulberries is costing me to much in ruined shirts and overcharges.
