Delivery MN StoreOrder was supposed to be delivered back today. Driver came by to tell me that the store did not have it. I called the store and they said it was not complete and will now be delayed until Monday.I paid to have it completed for today. I except a refund and discount for the inconvenience.

244 Townsend Storewas the worst experience i've ever had to deal with and i don't even know where start. You lost my duvet cover then didnt' tell us and we called said it was in store when it wasn't went to go pick it up and then told it was lost waited 25 minutes no resolution. Can't call the manager because she's off hours. spoke to the manager yesterday said they'd deliver it for free since we don't live in the area.... then today got a call from the not manager who said she would call spoke to the RUDIEST WOMEN I'VE EVER HAD TO CHANCE OF ENCOURTERING WITH in my life... she told me to listen to her and i said i was the customer i'm telling you what your manager said .. so frusterated i said well you guys fucked up then she said don't cuss at me and hung up the phone.....

2295 Filbert St. StoreThis was quite honestly the worst experience I have ever had with any business, especially a business of trust like a cleaner.My $1500 tuxedo shirt was damaged with a gaping hole and the staff was incredibly rude in how they treated me, effectively making me feel as if their negligence with my item was something I needed to work to correct. I have multiple emails in correspondence with Nolina, the store manager, and this level of legwork is not my responsibility to correct your error and damage.

St. Louis Park StoreI had a suit and tie cleaned by Mulberrys. Upon picking up my items, I learned that they had lost my tie and did not return the hanger I brought my items on, instead giving me back a cheap plastic hanger. I am extremely dissapointed with this service.

Delivery-SF Store I have been a customer for six years. In all that time, our deliveries have been to our small greenhouse on the side of our home which is not far from the street but hidden. Today, I open my front door to find my cleaning laid on my front doorstep. I live extremely close to the street and I don’t know how long it had been out there, probably several hours. Im fortunate it was still there. I was, however grateful to receive the cleaning because we had not had our laundry taken away for the week previous so it had piled up.
I had registered a complaint at that time and you were going to get back to me with a specific time that our driver would be coming by as it clearly had changed or was off schedule for some reason. No one has responded with the time the driver comes so I did not put out cleaning this morning. 101 California At. StoreIncredibly surprised and outraged by the price charged to PRESS, not to clean, my shirts - ridiculous that the average cost of 9 shirts was over $6 !!!
Also, when I left the shirts over to PRESS, not to wash, I should have gotten from you how much the service would cost. My mistake for not asking for it.
Once you fooled me, but never again - and I will let everyone at my office what a rip-off this was

Delivery MN StoreSome pieces of my order were not delivered. At least two items are missing.
