I received an email on Nov 30 saying “Order Delivered” to my front door. I had not received my order so I called the store. They indicate that my order will be delivered on Tuesday Dec 4. That is fine as long as I receive my garments. However, the email communication is very confusing and wastes my time trying to figure out if my garments had been misplaced. Why would you send an email saying the order was delivered when it wasn’t?

There are no clothes out front and when I spoke with an employee, he said, "They're not ready yet," however, you sent a message at 10:35am this morning saying they had been delivered. When I asked him about that, he said, "Must have been a mix-up." Is there someone who knows what's going on? This is terrible customer service.

I am still waiting for someone to return my call as was promised to me two days ago regarding the gross overcharging for my last order. I submitted an order for wash and fold - it included towels, sheets, and some blankets. Rather than call me to let me know that some of these item are considered “household items” and would be cleaned and pressed at outrageously expensive rates and confirm that I was comfortable with that, you just did it. Had I known you intended to charge $8 to clean a single pillow case (as one example), I would have cancelled the entire order and picked up my items. Unfortunately, I was not given that option and was charged nearly $300.

I only received three of the six items. When I received confirmation that my items had been picked up, it stated there were 6 items. However there were only 3 items in my bag. These needs to be rectified immediately. I have two missing dresses and one missing blouse.Carissa

I came in to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed. I tried it on and had the women measure, she said she'd take off a smaller amount so if need be we could take off more (I was worried about my toes peeking through). Then I asked her if she could provide a quote and she said around $35 (give or take). I came in today to pick it up and they took off way too much and it's about an inch and half too short now. I didn't make a fuss because the wedding is in a week and I no longer have the time or fabric to make it any longer. And then when I rang up at the desk it was $76 dollars! I understood that the estimate was rough, and she mentioned it may be more/less but I did NOT expect it to be double the price!

I brought in several items at the same time. 3 dress shirts, 3 dress pants, 2 table runners. I received back the same number of items but one of the pairs of dress pants wasn't ours. The size would not have fit any of the men in the family. I brought the pants back in to the Eagan, MN location and they said they would send them to the main facility and see if our pants could be located. That was over a month ago and I haven't heard anything from Mulberrys. Obviously, our pants were not located. The fact that nobody called me back nor offered to reimburse me for the pants is quite poor.

A complete disaster. The staff so plied my order to some random account and then I got spammed by Postmates and miscellanious Mullbery’s people all night asking for my credit card information (unable to determine who was real or fake). One of them told me (and I quote), “if you weren’t so f*cking lazy, you could pick up your own dry cleaning.”The poorest customer experience I’ve ever had. Will be warning others away from Mulberry’s at every opportunity.

Have been trying to get my order for weeks. Terrible app that does not work. Emails sent that orders have been delivered when they haven't. The worst experience ever. If you cannot handle the technology, you should not offer it. Never using Mulberry's again and am telling everyone I know who cares about their clothes that you are to be avoided.

I brought my wife’s winter coat in to have a new liner put in. I was quoted a price of $50 and I was then called two days later and told her price was $100 so I canceled the repair. I then called back and said go ahead with it since they already had it and also to have it cleaned. I was then called two days later and told the jacket was done and ready for pick up. I went to pick it up and nothing had been done. I am still waiting to see when it will be completed.

Garments were missing. One was delivered a week late with no notice. For the second missing garment, nobody would answer their phone or respond to my voicemails. Finally got a hold of someone and garment was delivered two weeks late. Again, no notice as to what was going on. Apparently it got sent to the wrong plant and had to be redone.

3 weeks ago I picked up an order of 3 items at the 53rd St store. When I got home I discovered that one of the 3 items was not mine and I returned it a couple of days later (making a special trip back). They looked but could not find my missing item, which I’m pretty sure is a men’s dress shirt. So I asked the clerk to call me when it was located. When I returned 10 days later to the same store to drop off some more items (last Saturday, Oct 27) they still hadn’t located it, which is frustrating. I have been a customer for @ 4-5 years and this is the second item you have lost. Unless you find the missing item or compensate me for it by this Saturday, Nov 3 (a $50 check to me, not a credit on future cleaning) I will seek a new dry cleaner.
