I borrowed a friend’s dress and brought it in to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up nothing was mentioned to me about it being damaged. Prior to giving it back to my friend I quickly took the dress out of the plastic bag and noticed taped to the hanger was a card with the boxes checked by stains exist, extensive spotting and associated risks were damage to material. The box for customer consent was NOT checked. I had not been contacted to agree to these risks. There are two small spots on the back of the dress now where the material was damaged. I will not be using your service again and am disappointed that this was not addressed when I picked up the dress.

So I have had a little bit of an issue with a repair/alteration I have asked to be done. I just want to say first and foremost that the lady at the Edina location who has helped me has been absolutely wonderful, so I have no issue whatsoever with her. She is responsive and pleasant, so please do extend my sincerest thanks to her.The first time I dropped off this item (a pair of suit pants for the suit I will wear in my wedding in April) I requested 4 things, 1) take the waist in, 2) repair the hem, 3) do not dry clean, and 4) send back to the St. Louis Park location. I went in a few days later when I was emailed it was done. The waist had not been taken in, the hems have not been repaired, it was dry cleaned, and it was delivered back to the Edina location. This is literally the exact opposite of everything I asked, which should not have happened when I watched him write down what was supposed to be done. Luckily it was fine and I had no need for them in the short term, so I didn't mind sending them back. However, I went back today, the waist was not taken in far enough, the waist was resewn unevenly at the back, and still the hems were not repaired. The hem was the original thing I went in for repair. It is extremely hard to miss, because half the right pant leg hem is torn out, and the left pant leg requires a 3 second review to find the small tear.I am not mad. I'm just a little disappointed because I really like your services and I have even recommended a couple people to you (although I do not think I ever received the referral for one of them come to think of it). It's not something I will get bent out of shape about because this is fixable, but please help in fixing this. Again, the lady at the Edina location today (at approximately 4:30pm when I went in) has been great. Feel free to call (612-987-3386) or email any time.

I had brought in a sweater that had tea spilled on it and the lovely lady said it should not be a problem and come out. I picked it up today with all the stains still there with a note and a different not so nice lady was no help in explaining why the stains did not come out and said there is a note explaining why. I have encountered her a few tes and don’t find her the friendliest person. I am going to try a different dry cleaner after paying $13:00 to not have the stains come out

My leather zipper pulls were ruined in the process after being told they wouldn’t be unaffected.The main spot I bring the jacket in for was missed on the first cleaning and then was unable to be removed during the second cleaning which I believe was a result of being missed the first time around.When I called to ask some questions on how leather is typically handled I was hung up on.I would at the very least like my cost refunded as my jacket was returned in a worse condition than when I dropped it off.

I've heard great things about your service and am disappointed in the service I received. Both times the staff were on their phone and only talked to me intermittently. I felt like an inconvenience. My original scheduled pickup time was pushed back without any notification and the second as well. I am to pick-up my garment Monday, but at this point I'm assuming it wasn't cleaned or the alteration was done incorrectly. It was only a small baseball patch added to my late Uncle's Letterman jacket. At this point I wouldn't recommend Mulberrys as a viable option and I hope at least my heirloom is okay. If I were to receive a full refund on arrival Monday I would try your service again with my business travel suits. Without that as a token of good faith, I couldn't allow myself to risk those suits and my wife and I will go elsewhere. You misplaced a large portion of my order, were slow to respond and then blamed another resident for "mistakenly" taking 8 hangers of sheets and pillow cases in 3 dry cleaning bags as their order. The pickup room at the Churchill is locked and has security cameras. A resident can't just walk in and pick up anything they want. It is supervised by the concierge or a security guard.

This is the second consecutive order where I was notified that my order was delivered, my credit card was charged but it was not delivered. I am missing a duvet cover and pillow cases. Also, I would like to receipt copies of the recipes. Was charged $5.88 to launder and shirt. Is that really the price? It was over $57 for the bedding set yet there was supposed to be a discount. 1. I had a call from the tailor about the item I was having altered. I called back the same day (fri) and didn’t get a return call. Called again on Mon didn’t get a return call. Finally reached her on Tues and she was rude in explaining what the situation is. I don’t understand clothing construction and she was rude and impatient answering my questions. 2. I asked how much the tailoring would cost when I dropped it off. They said $35. Went to pick it up and now it’s $45 with no explanation. The attendant at the North Loop location when I picked it up was also rude and impatient. He didn’t greet me and say thank you or good bye and when I asked why the price had gone up he rolled his eyes and showed me the ticket without speaking. Normally Mulberry’s customer service is very good, so I’m extremely disappointed in this poor and out right rude treatment.

Brought in hallway rug runner approx 6 feet in length. Woman tending counter made me unroll rug and measure it. Carpet was in perfect condition. Had I known that this rug would be seriously damaged during cleaning, I would have taken a picture but I trusted the Mulberry reputation. It has taken months to get rug back after being damaged, the communication between business and customer was poor. The customer was told the damage occurred due to furniture placed on it. Let me have a chance to be clear on this, no furniture has ever been placed on this rug. I received the rug back today . I haven’t unrolled yet because the whole experience was frustrating and exhausting! If I’ve learned anything from this experience it’s to never set foot in or recommend your business!

When I dropped my shoes off I was told it would be 16.99 to replace a heel. These were like pump tips to be replaced. Three pairs of shoes that should have been 50.97 total. Then one of the pairs needed the tab put on a zipper not the zipper replaced this too was 49.99. Outrageous pricing almost had me in tears. Upon picking them up I was in sticker shock. To have a bill for $94.00. Call it convenience... I call it way to over priced. I would not have left them to be repaired had I known it would have been that much. A friend was looking for a shoe repair before I picked mine up I referred her to Mulberrys. After I picked them up I immediately told her to find an alternative repair shop and about my cost. Then man at the shop took something off when I expressed my concern for price but it was still unrealistic. I wanted my shoes so I had no choice. I had 2 other pairs that needed a heel tip replaced I didn’t not leave them quickly changed my mind thinking it would be 67.00 to have those done. No I will pass.

There are two pieces of clothing in the order that aren't mine. I also now have to figure out what clothing of mine is missing. Not only that, but I would imagine getting reimbursed for my missing clothing will be darn near impossible. The person at the cleaners I called in Belmont was completely unhelpful too. "Oh wow! Um...Oh wow. My manager will want to call you back". Do you want my number?" "No, I can look it up".

After getting a confirmation, my clothes were not picked up. They stayed outside all day until I got home late. Upon calling, no apologies were given, and it was made to seem that it was my fault. No discount of any kind was offered, and instead of sending out a driver to pick up the clothes, they said someone would call me. An hour later or so, the driver called, and said he would pick it up tomorrow morning and they’d be dropped off on Friday. They were picked up but not dropped off on Friday. We went out of town, asked a friend to check and bring them in if they were dropped off. They were not. I stayed home sick from work and answered a knock at the door and it was Mulberry’s with my clothes. He said something about dropping them off or trying to at a different house. I double checked and the address Mulberry’s has is correct. After all of that, the combined price of 4 different orders (why weren’t they just one order?) was significantly more than the quoted prices from online. Also, it was from the Roseville location, almost twice as far away from the Minneapolis locations, which does not make sense. I chose Mulberry’s for the use of natural cleaners and the past quality of care with my formal clothing, but the lack of service, and lack of attempting to accommodate for mistakes have me questioning using, or referring, your company again.
