I gave them a ethnic dress contains 3 prices with oil stains from a pickle They returned them with very little done When went to pick up, I re checked to make sure for the stains They were removed from one and not other two When I showed one at the counter said she did not know andvthe other said that’s all they could do!! And charged me double price of a dress for one dress I brought it back and hand washed the left over marks from their cleaning. All gone!! Clean!!!! Worst serveice with over priced I never came across........

I was not given two express bags which I requested even though I received confirmation both via phone and email. What is going on?? I now once again have zero express bags. I would like two delivered to me ASAP. I give you guys $50+ in business each week...unacceptable.

The delivery guy that frequents 350 Mission is often very rude to my day porters. A lot of time he will complain that one of my porters is over-stuffing the bags, but she is a very small lady and she has no trouble carrying them out into the dock herself, so I don't see why he should have any issues. He does not complain when it's my male day porter, despite the fact that he stuffs the bags the same way. Furthermore, we ran out of the bags that Mulberry provides and were forced to use compost bags to store the dirtied towels in. The delivery guy refused to take them because of this. It seems that he likes to complain and give my janitorial staff a hard time whenever possible and the situation has become increasingly frustrating.

You didn’t deliver anything today so why am I receiving this email. On Monday you delivered our clothes to wrong house and then they were delivered the next day. You failed to pick up clothes from our house today that hung outside all day.

One item is missing from the order that was delivered to my home today, Friday, January 25. The missing item is a woman's quarter-zip pullover cashmere sweater, color purple, size medium. It was picked up on Tuesday, January 22 along with the rest of the order but not delivered today with the rest of the order.Please do not deliver it to my home. Mulberrys ruined my favorite pants...I brought my pants for dry cleaning, nothing complicated simple stain and you did a good job with it as I expected. Then I realized the cheap hanger you use leaked glue on my pants so I brought it back to the Burlingame store to be redone. Today when I came to pick up I just saw that my pants was totally ruined with a two big stains (most likely permanent) - you simply destroyed my favorite pants. I'm super mad, super sad...the lady in the store took it back and told me someone will call me tomorrow. 1. I can't believe how you manage to do destroy it 2. Don't you do any quality control of your work? How come can you even claim it done and give it back to the customer in that sate? You charge 2-3x of other cleaners. I took pictures of it, can't attach here. I really hope you fix this very quickly.

I've been using Mulberry for quite some time. I'm really disappointed by a few things: our last dry cleaning, the clothes were pressed but definitely not cleaned (food particles, stains still there) and I can share pics. Second, when we went to use a 20% coupon that was given via email, it wasn't in honored because it wasn't in the system. Lastly, I get numerous emails that are incorrectly addressed to me regarding pickups/deliveries that give me little confidence in your system, and quite honestly my privacy.Happy to give more details over the phone.Amit
