2295 Filbert St. StoreClothes came back not cleaned and had stains on them. Staff have drug problems and are covered in track marks from injecting drugs. They smelled like they hadn't showered and their nails were extremely dirty, not the type of people who should be working at a luxury dry cleaner.

Delivery MN StoreI had 3 pants altered and I have never seen anything so poorly done. I’m shocked someone even thought it was acceptable. I would like you to pay for the pants and reimburse me for the work.

I usually see Jose over there who besides knowing very well what he’s doing, also provides superior customer service. I’m sorry to provide that feedback as I’ve stayed with you since you bought Greenstreet cleaners.

Delivery MN StoreI did not receive all of my items on the day that was promised. Also two thirds of my order went missing and it had to be tracked down. And finally I never received any sort of receipt or invoice telling me what I was being charged.

Delivery-SF StoreI called to leave a message about this and never heard back, but there was a pair of women's underwear in my laundry that did not belong to me and was dirty. It's extremely disturbing to open a bag and accidentally handle somone else's dirty underwear and I have no idea how that got in there.

50 Post St. StoreI had a great dry-cleaning experience, but when I was asked to provide an email address for notifications, I was neither informed about, nor given an opportunity to opt out of marketing and promotional emails.I have as such marked these emails as spam, and will not be providing Mulberry's with any additional info they "need".

Belmont StoreMy sweater was ruined (chemical burns). First I was advised to send it to be re-cleaned even though it was clear that nothing could have been done. But I agreed because it seemed it was a part of the process. Then last Sunday, February 23rd, in Belmont store (Ralston & El Camino), when it was confirmed that nothing could be done about the sweater, the clerk who was on shift suggested leaving it there promising that the manager will contact me the next day with the form I’ll need to submit. A week later I haven’t received anything yet. How many times do I need to drive to the store to deal with the issue?!

Minneapolis StoreThe Minneapolis store location lost a brand new pair of pants over a month ago and has yet to locate them or compensate me for them. After multiple phone calls, store visits and two unanswered emails to customer service, I still don't have an answer. For an upscale, higher-priced cleaner, I would expect better service than this!

St. Louis Park StoreQuality of work was adaquate, but the fact that I had to track down someone to give me a garnet bag to utilize the service and be a customer seems ridiculous. Not a reflection on the level of customer service interactions or quality of work. However, if it were my business I would want it brought to my attention that you may be losing willing customers due to deployment problems. Hope this helps!

Delivery MN StoreI was referred to Mulberrys from Laundry Locker. The whole experience was bad. App didn’t work. I called and emailed. They told me to order with Laundry Locker. I got messages from Mulberrys & LL. I didn’t know who got the order. I got calls from Postmates and didn’t know why. I don’t want calls; I want pickup & delivery to my building. Call 760-518-6366.
