Delivery-SF StoreORDER #06-036483 was NOT returned. I was not provided a bag or my contents of this order. I have never had problems with Laundry Locker and thus far I am incredibly disappointed in the service (not returning everything or losing things) and turnaround.Bryce

Minneapolis StoreBrought a lightweight cotton blazer/jacket in for dry cleaning. I told the clerk at Byerlys to spot treat a place on the garment sleeve because my new infant grandson had spit up some milk after feeding. He said okay. When my husband picked up the garment he told me it cost $35. I called the store to ask why so much, too much. It was then I was told it was considered a biohazard because of the “vomit.” Extra fee $10. Would I call it “vomit” no. In any case he should have told me about the extra cost before I left my clothing there. This young man was not good with customer service. I have spent money there in the past and was a satisfied previous customer but this incident makes me rethink.

Delivery-SF StoreMy account says I want my shirts folded. For the 2nd time in a row and the second time I have ever used the service, the shirts were on hangers instead of folded.Also, this time my bag was not returned so I have no way to request laundry service again.I would give it 0 stars if I could.What does it take to get this service right.This is awful so far.

Super disappointed with the one week turn around. Laundry Locker ALWAYS got my order back to me in 24-36 hrs.I’ll not be sending you anything more till I hear the turn around is no more than 48 hrsThanks

Delivery-SF StoreThe clothes were not delivered on time. I missed a meeting waiting for my suit. This never happened before Laundry Locker turned into Mulberrys.

Delivery-SF StoreI dropped the dry cleaning off on Sunday and was notified that it would be picked up on Monday. This turn around time is not acceptable! I request a refund for this order!

Delivery-SF StoreThe last time I used the service I was overcharged for delivery (app said free window and I was charged), the items were not as clean as they should have been (still had stain on one blouse despite paying extra for silk), and this time I had an item that wasn’t returned and it wasn’t until I reached out that I was told they had it in store because it required leather expert (blouse has no leather). I didn’t know it wouldn’t be returned and should have been contacted instead of needing to reach out myself to track it down.

Delivery-SF StoreFirst 3 items that I sent for dry cleaning are missing from my order: 2 pairs of pants and 1 women's knit shirt.
Second: I asked that shirts be boxed or folded and they were returned on hangars.
Please see if you can locate the missing items. They were picked up on Wednesday and the partial order was dropped off on Thursday.Jerry Griffin

Burlingame StoreHi there,I tried your Burlingame location for the first time. I go to the optical shop next door. I came for help cleaning a stain off a new white polo shirt that did not come off.I was a bit disappointed that the person helping me did not seem knowledgeable at all in cleaning clothes. He was very nice but could not answer any questions such as what options do we have for trying to clean the stain again and why is there black lint on my cleaned white polo? The answer was I need to ask my manager on Monday for both questions. No attempt at using a lint roller.This is a hassle since I only have time on the weekends for dropping off or picking up my cleaning. I ended up paying even though I was not satisfied with tue result just so I can take my shirt to another cleaner that I can speak to about cleaning options and not wait until next Saturday. I also replied to a Mulberry order ticket email with instruction reminders and did not get a response.I like to support local businesses...especially ones that leverage technology for a better customer experience but I was disappointed this time.Thanks for considering my feedback.Brian

Delivery-SF StoreSent in my bright white slacks and they came back some shade of grey/blue. Incredibly upset at the destruction of my pants and return of them without explanation/note. Please follow up otherwise I will look elsewhere for my dry cleaning services. Resident at 399 Fremont St.

Delivery MN StoreMy clothes were supposed to be delivered on 5/26/19. My husband and I were out of town and were depending on this deliverer date we were given online. Luckily one of our neighbors grabbed it on 5/22/19. The clothes could have easily been stolen. I would like a refund.

Minneapolis StoreHalf of my order is missing and was not delivered! Second time this has happened in several months. Last time, you completely lost my pants and had to write me a check for them. I'm really sorry that I gave you guys business again. I should have known better!
