Delivery MN StoreOne of the pairs of pants that I dropped off for cleaning and a repair for a torn seam along the left pocket was not actually repaired, and I believe I ended up paying for the alteration/repair even though the work was not completed. Regardless of whether I paid for services that I did not actually receive, I explicitly pointed out the seam tear that I wanted to be fixed.

Delivery-SF StoreI am missing half of my clothes! I had a dress, 1 pair of pants, jacket, and silk tank. I only recieved a belt from my jacket, dress, and pants. Where are my other clothes?

Delivery MN StoreI would have given 0 stars if I could have. I came in with a coupon for 50% off of "any of our services" which included "shoe shine & repair." I had a pair of winter boots that needed new laces and some restitching on each inseam. I was told they couldn't honor that coupon but was given a 15% off one instead, which I accepted. 2 weeks later I got an email that my order was delayed. 8 days after that I got an email that the boots were ready, but when I got them back, absolutely nothing had been done to them. There was no charge, but also no explanation of why they hadn't been repaired. It's very frustrating for you to advertise shoe repair services if your cobblers can't actually follow through. Now I have to find a real cobbler and start the whole process all over again... fingers crossed we're past the snow!

244 Townsend StoreThis is the second time an order has been returned missing a beloved & expensive shirt. I am again missing a ted baker men’s dress shirt. This one is white with paisley print on front. I am extremely frustrated by this and am ready to give up on your service.The last time you lost a ted Baker geo shirt. You found multiple items that were missing from my order but didn’t even offer to compensate for the ones you couldn’t find.Please search your inventory for more items from this order.

Delivery-SF StoreI retrieved my order from locker 765 today. The orange silk Eileen Fisher blouse had dark splotches on front and back. The shirt had no such stains when I placed the item with my order in the locker on Monday. But when I pulled it out of the plastic bag, there was a small cardboard on the hanger indicating you could not remove spots. It would appear the dark splotches were made to my blouse while it was in your possession. It possibly was cleaned with a batch of dark colored clothes.

Delivery MN StoreI provided 2 bags of laundry and only 1 bag was returned. One large black Mulberrys bag contained a white linen sheet set and cotton towels. A light blue Mulberrys bag contained clothing. I only received a black bag with the clothing. :( Can you please locate my linens or pay for my loss?

Delivery-SF StoreI didn't like a lot of things. First I am a Laundry Locker user. I use a Laundry Locker bag and the Laundry Locker app in a Laundry Locker locker. The price for pants to be dry cleaned on the Laundry Locker website is $7.99 and the cost of a sports coat is $8.99. On Mulberry it is $8.99 for both pants and sports coats. I however was charged $9.99 for every garment.My next issue is that I placed the order in the Laundry Locker app and received no updates. I also never received an email that it was picked up.Finally, my Laundry Locker garment bag was taken and not returned. I found this bag to be extremely convenient and very environmentally friendly. Instead I am stuck with more clutter and more hangers.This was really messed up.Rick

Delivery MN StoreWe just received an order with four items and they marked that item #32041923 had extensive spotting, stains exist, and damaged to material and were charges for it but it was never cleaned or pressed, and just put in our bag!? I’m trying to understand how this could happened because we are aware of the spots and the stains but there’s no damage to it and nor was it ever cleaned.Please contact me:

Minneapolis StoreI ordered Rush service to have my dress pressed and it was not done by the end of the day. When I stopped in about 5:15, the salesperson didn't seemed too concerned, but did try to call someone. She couldn't reach anyone, so I asked her to either call me or send and email to me telling me what she found out. She did nothing. The next morning I came in and they told me the dress would be showing up later in the morning. I did get a call when it showed up and I picked it up. At every interaction, I told whoever was at the counter that this dress was for my dad's funeral and I needed it by noon on Saturday. I really felt a lack of professionalism, much less empathy from anyone. On Saturday when the dress did finally show up, I feel it should have been delivered to my home and I should have gotten it free of charge. Nope!

244 Townsend StoreI chose Mulberry's for its pick up and delivery service. Making contact with the runner was difficult, which made pick-up an ordeal. My order was supposed to be delivered between 6:00 and 7:00 pm today, and it has yet to arrive.Also, I noticed this evening when checking the status of my order that it only shows the order as laundering shirts. However, I included a pair of pants for dry-cleaning as well.

Minneapolis StoreI needed a white shirt laundered and pressed for a Saturday evening event. I went to the store at 9:00 (the posted opening time) and waited until 9:20 still closed. Called at 10:00 and the fella said they could do my shirt that day. Arrived at store and he assured me two more times the shirt would be ready same day. My wife went to get the shirt at 4:30 only it could not be picked up until Monday. A different guy said same day could not be done on weekends. I wish I originally knew this.

Delivery-SF StoreThis has been the WORST experience. From the beginning to the end there were mistakes made by your company and employees and it was an absolute mess. First, we were told that you guys offer free pick up and drop off by your employees a few times so we decided to try it. We got an email about a 50% off your first pick up order. We went online to mulberry.com and decided to give this a try. The first pick up request we made on mulberry website went through and it was in the order queue when we checked, but we never got an email confirmation. Since it was in the orders list when we check we figured it should work. When the pick up date came and gone no one picked up the items. We downloaded the app to give that a try instead, I tried using the app but the 50% coupon code would not work (because it said it was used already). I ended up calling customer service because I figured since we tried to request that first pick up that didn't happen is why the coupon code won't work. When I talked to someone on the phone she said I needed to download the Laundry Locker app for mulberry to pick up the clothes from our address. I told her about the 50% coupon issue and how it never worked the first time. She said she would leave a note on my account and assured me it would be applied even though laundry locker is the one picking up the items.Laundry locker picked up our items as requested, but a day later laundry locker emailed my co worker saying they do not know what account it is for (they emailed an email that was not the email I requested the pick up from). I emailed back and let them know the details of the pick up. I told them the account email address, phone number and name. I did not get a response back. A few day pass and not a word about my order. No one responded to the email, no one called. I had no idea where my clothes were. Pick up was wednesday 4/17 and I called mulberry customer service on tuesday 4/23 to figure out where my stuff was. The lady on the phone figured out that they put it under an existing account that was used at the store, which I can understand but this was not the information provided during the pick up request from the app we used. She tried to fix it and changed the existing account to the same email used on app. I asked her to check if the note of the 50% off was noted on the account. She said it was not, but she would add the note in. She told me she would call me to schedule a delivery date and time. 2 days go by and no one called me back.
Today 4/25 around 1pm I had to called customer service again to figure out where my stuff was. At this point I am already beyond fustrated and have no idea what the status is. I was met with the rudest lady on the phone. Instead of being understanding or apologetic of this whole ordeal I had to deal with for over a week she was being very condescending and absolutely horrible. As I tried to explain the confusing situation she just cuts me off and says well is someone going to be there if we deliver in an hour. I said yes. I then proceeding to ask about the 50% discount that should be applied to the account she said she did not see it and questioned me about what discount and what the code was. I told her and she said she doesnt see it but she will apply it.
Rudely, she then told me that they do not deliver to us and that next time it will be a $5 fee. I told her that everyone has told us about the free pick up and delivery which was why I went through this whole ordeal in the first place. She kept repeating the same thing saying... well i don't know who told you that or what they told you, but I am telling you now... this is the policy and we don;t deliver to you guys for free there is a fee. I said wow this is bullshit out of frustration and she said you don't need to cuss and threaten to not deliver our items telling me to come pick it up instead and HUNG UP ON ME. Extremely unprofessional. I could not believe someone can be so damaging to their company's image.An hour has passed and no delivery was made. Then a gentleman called (he was much nicer) to say the credit card they have didn't work. I explained that there is a new credit card on file and we have entered this into to the app. He could not look it up and we had to give the info over the phone. I once again asked if the 50% discount would be applied, he said it was applied. We also ask him to have the manager call or email me. When the clothes were delivered I looked at the receipt and I do not believe it was applied to our order. We also never got a call or email from the manager yet.If we don't hear back with a response and correction to this whole situation we will be happy to just take our business elsewhere. "If there's something we can do to improve we'd love to hear that too."Indeed, there is. I brought in a round rug for repair and cleaning in Feb. On two different occasions, I received an email that the order was ready for pick up; only to learn that it was not repaired and not cleaned, despite the email saying that the service had been completed.One day ago I did get a call saying that that they could not repair the rug, and hence they would not clean it. The rug was originally brought in nearly two months ago - it clearly should not take this long to say that Mulberrys is not able to repair or clean the rug. Very disappointed. The communication is exceptionally poor. I am now reluctant to continue having my other cleaning done at Mulberrys. And, perhaps a complaint to the BBB would be in order or the Department of Commerce.Perhaps you can refer me to a reputable company that can do this. Thank you.Ray T.
