Delivery-SF StoreMy order was both incomplete and incorrect and I received back articles of clothing that DO NOT belong to me. Despite being notified that order Order #07-032203 had been delivered it was not. Where is this item? Is it being delivered at a later date? Order #07-031767 is both incorrect and missing. This order was for 2 pairs of slacks. I received back 3 dresses. I would like to return these items so their owner can receive them. Where are my slacks? When can I expect to receive them? Thanks.

Delivery-SF StoreMy clothes went missing, the customer service didn't communicate effectively, and my emails and voicemails were not returned. Not a good experience at all.

Delivery-SF StoreIn the 4 or 5 instances since Mulberry has taken over from Laundry Locker, the following has occurred.1. Took 4 days to have order picked up.
2. Single order was returned in multiple installments over multiple days.
3. Return was placed in locker, and locker was left unlocked.
4. Return was to different location than my drop off.In two years, I never had a single issue with Laundry Locker. So far, there have been issues with every Mulberry order. I've very little confidence left in Mulberry handling my orders, and am considering no longer using your service.

Delivery-SF StoreI have been a long time customer of Laundry Locker. Regarding my recent order, I received a Mulberrys email stating my laundry order was complete but it did not have info on which locker my order was returned to. I finally found this info by signing into my account - which provided 2 lockers that my order was returned to.
Next when I went to the Laundry Locker location, one locker was empty - no completed order there. The other locker would not open with the designated code.
I called the customer service but you cannot reach a real person on a Sunday at midday. So I can’t pick up my order and I cannot get help from Mulberrys, which is super irritating.
Overall LL worked better for me before Mulberrys took over.

Delivery-SF StoreYou can pick up more quickly, return the delivery in 2 days or less, get the pin correct when you drop off (my clothes are currently locked in the locker), have a functioning customer service phone line, and simply provide the level of service we used to receive from Laundry Locker. I don’t mind change if it’s seamless. This is my 3rd try since the acquisition, and the service is simply getting worse.

2295 Filbert St. StoreIm not one for complaining usually, let me just say it took almost 3 days to have my clothes washed and folded. Cost me .50 cents more per/pound than the competitor. The competitor hangs all my clothes and they came back in wearable condition. Upon inspection, my clothes laundered at your facility were so wrinkled that they were unwearable. Delivery-SF StoreI dropped off my order to my building lobby before 8 am Monday 6/24. The order was not completed and returned to me until today, Thursday 6/27. Laundry Locker was never this slow. Also my order of six dress shirts, all dropped off together, was returned in two deliveries, one yesterday and one today. Why? Very confusing. I think you can do better. Finally, my garment bag, from Laundry Locker, was not returned to me with the delivered order. I get that Laundry Locker was acquired by you. But how do I now drop off my shirts for laundry? What do I put them in?

Delivery-SF StoreI have had nothing but problems since they purchased Laundry Locker. They have lost my clothes, delivered me someone else's clothes, problems with the website, late return on clothing, and right now, I received an email stating that they picked up a new order (but I didn't send any clothes out). So they may have picked up the clean clothes (from the concierge) that they just dropped off to me. I loved Laundry Locker. They had amazing service and super fast turnaround (1 day). Since I started Mulberrys, I am getting my clothes a week and a half later, and currently, have lost clothes. I hope this is growing pains and not a long term problem. I am extremely disappointed with the service thus far.

Delivery-SF StoreYou failed to pick up and drop off on time. Your courier was 2 hours late in picking up my clothing and, at the time of writing, 10 HOURS LATE IN DROPPING OFF MY CLEAN CLOTHING. On top of that, you just sent me an email stating that my clothing was delivered 5 minutes ago; I just checked and there is NOTHING AT MY FRONT DOOR. PLUS I INSTRUCTED YOU TO HAVE YOUR COURIER CALL OR TEXT ME UPON DELIVERY! As I write this, I am still waiting for my clothes to be returned to me. Since you have inconvenienced me the entire day, I demand a 100% refund for the entire order. And I still don't have my clothes! Your customer service is beyond substandard. Pitiful!

Minneapolis StoreBrought a lightweight cotton blazer/jacket in for dry cleaning. I told the clerk at Byerlys to spot treat a place on the garment sleeve because my new infant grandson had spit up some milk after feeding. He said okay. When my husband picked up the garment he told me it cost $35. I called the store to ask why so much, too much. It was then I was told it was considered a biohazard because of the “vomit.” Extra fee $10. Would I call it “vomit” no. In any case he should have told me about the extra cost before I left my clothing there. This young man was not good with customer service. I have spent money there in the past and was a satisfied previous customer but this incident makes me rethink.
