The Order came back in two parts 1. One two days later (Friday) and another five days later (Monday). The second order gave me a code for the wrong locker (413 when it was in 415). 415 is still locked and I have no idea what’s in there. My code wouldn’t work.I’m also missing a set of Indochino pants that I think I put in a previous order. blue/grey with window pane. I’m pretty disappointed with all of this. Can you please help me?

You continue to charge me for someone elses order and money is being deducted from my checking account in error. This is the second time in one week. I'll probably need to order new debit cards to stop this from happening. It started when Mulberry's took over laundry locker. Frustrated beyond belief.

You lost my wash and fold laundry for almost two weeks and when it was finally found, I picked it up and it smells like sour milk and must be laundered again. It is highly unlikely I will be returning

When I opened the locker this morning, there was only one shirt from my order in it. You promised that the order would be ready 8/3. Where are the rest of my clothes? There are three jackets and two pairs of pants missing. They are listed in your online app as having been picked up, but they were not in the delivery locker. I thought with the passage of time that you might be able to return to the standard of service that Laundry Locker always provided. Apparently this is not the case.

The delivery email doesn’t tell me where to pick up my laundry. I went to the old Laundry Locker location and the combination did not work. I tried calling support multiple times over 30 mins with no response. I’ve left two messages. One was two days ago and never received a call back.Also I had this order picked up at my house and expected it to be delivered to my house. There was no summary of the bill when I ordered. No explanation of discounts. So far this is a terrible experience.

I submitted 5 button dress shirts, but only received 3 back. I also received my mulberry’s bag back. I’m hoping that the other two are not lost, but haven’t received any notification or update that they would be returned separately. Please let me know how to resolve or if I should expect them returned at a different time. Thanks!

1. Order picked up and delivery date not in sync with what the Mulberry’s app says. 2. Impossible to reaching customer support for delivery by phone. Have made several attempts and always get sent to voicemail. 3. Receipt for wash and fold laundry is vague. Only shows total price, not itemized like Laundry Lockers before. 4. Laundry received back is great, but the process of placing order, knowing when it’ll be pick up/return, how much is charge against my laundry plan feels highly dysfunctional right now.Thank you for listening.

I dropped off 4 pair of pants and 2 coats. On one pair of slacks I asked the attendant to include sewing on a missing button. When I picked up the pants, I asked the attendant if the button had been included. She checked and told me it was on. I got home and the button has not been sewed on. I will not return. This lack of attention even after being verified in person make me think that the service behind the scenes is lacking as well.

Third time. Once again, we have an issue! I continue to be astounded with your poor care and customer service. 1. I have a notice for locker #773 which does NOT exist in building. 2. building is 1200 Lakeshore Ave. Oakland 94606 3. My original pick up was April. It took 2 weeks to get back an incomplete order 4. In June I had 2 of the missing items delivered. One is completely ruined to the point it cant be fixed! 4a. Because from back in April with 4 phone calls and 2-3 emails all I received was one email with correction of locker pickup # - didn't bother with you to submit a rightly deserved refund and reimbursement for the item you ruined. 5. Charged 24.93 on 7/17 - again for a locker that does not exist in my building. 5a. If indeed you do have the remainder of my missing items, A. provide the proper locker number for my building, B. Refund the charge immediately as I am certainly not going to pay for garments originally picked up in April. 6. Remove my account and my credit card immediately from your system once you have refunded the 7/17 charge.Please, have some respect and call and properly clarify where the rest of my garments are, confirm you will be refunding the 7/17 charge at a minimum. A 25-day turnaround is both unprecedented and unacceptable.I dropped off laundry on June 27th before leaving for a 10-day work trip. When I returned, my laundry had not been picked up. I placed more clothes in my locker, and waited. My order was not picked up until this weekend, and not received until today. No explanation for this delay was given.What is your pickup schedule? What are you doing to adhere to this schedule?Though LaundryLocker is extremely convenient, I am willing to go out of my way to have my dry cleaning turned around in less time than your 1-month turnaround. I have been a faithful customer for the past several years, and I will find a more responsive service if your lengthy turnaround times are not addressed immediately.

I explicitly selected dry clean in the app AND wrote a comment saying dry clean only, and my receipt indicates that you laundered my shirts instead of dry cleaning them.

1. It’s not obvious how to place a locker order in the new app (vs. LaundryLocker). 2. The email with my completed order has no PIN. the PIN used previously for every laundrylocker order is not working either.
