Twice now, I have not been able to wear the clothes I wanted to wear on the weekend because it is taking so much longer to get my laundered shirts and dry cleaning compared to how it was with Laundry Locker. I guess I will have to plan a week ahead so I will have what I need. The last order was picked up on Wednesday, August 28 but was not delivered until today, Tuesday, September 3. I realize Labor Day was a factor, but it still took longer than it should have. On the Mulberry's app it said my clothes were due to be delivered last Friday.Also, I do not like it that I am being billed. With Laundry Locker, the fees were applied to my credit card. I called twice about that. The first time I was told that nothing had changed. That was wrong. The second time I was told that no, the fees were not being applied to my credit card and that I had a bill due of over $500.00. The guy who took the second call said he would give me a $50.00 credit. I appreciate that, but I will still have to figure out how to get the Mulberry's fees automatically applied to my credit card. Can I do that?Your attention to my situation will be greatly appreciated.Michael Matson (415) 939-6254

you have charged my credit card erroneously for $60 2 days ago. Please refund my money asap or I will be disputing this w/ my CC company. Why is CC information being used erroneously? I did not have this problem w/ laundry locker.

New customer, fist time using the service, 9 shirts cleaned. 8 look great 1 is ruined, one of my favorite Armani dress shirts. Too bad, I would of done a lot of business with you. The search continues

Find and return the two missing dresses: a black rayon Yohji Yamamoto slip dress (an extremely expensive one---I assume you know who he is) and a red silk Raey slip dress. And make up from the massive anxiety you have provoked.

Your support is horrendous.1. You haven’t delivered one of my shirts out of two. It’s an expensive Cuyana white shirt.2. It was suppose to be 24 hours as this is a 24 hr laundry locker location but instead took five days! I had to go on vacation without my clothes.3. I’ve called, emailed and texted and received no response. I’ve documented all communication.Please contact me immediately regarding the shirt that has not been returned on the app it looks like it’s still in process, but it’s been nearly two weeks!!

WTF!!! - I was told my laundry was ready and all you sent back was the bag my dry cleaning was in. This is the 2nd time you’ve messed up - where are my clothes??!!!

I’m really irritated and upset that you replaced my nice sturdy multi use garment bag with a lesser quality. And without telling me. I find this unacceptable I’d like the old bag back.

On Saturday August 24 I came in to Mulberry on 207 Berry St to have my scheduled clothes picked up. The women that was working there told me she couldn’t find my clothes and took her 30mins to find. She proceeded to give me a rude gesture and told me to come back another day. After 30 mins she found them. I then proceeded to pay for my items with cash but was declined. There was no apology for the inconvenience and instead she told me to please not come back! This will be my first and last time I will support this establishment! I will also continue to share my horrific experience on yelp and other platforms on social media!

I only received three garments back in plastic without my reusable bag. I had more than three garments when I dropped off my order (I’ll have to take survey of how many I had). Where are the rest of my shirts?!

I cannot get the kiosk to open to get my clothes out. The same thing happened in July and no one called me back. I had to call back a week later and they said the problem was fixed. I did get those clothes out but now I have the same problem with this order. I can’t get anyone to answer when I call and select that it is a delivery order. When I call and spoke to someone from the store side, she said she couldn’t help. I was a loyal, long term customer of Laundry Locker. I have had nothing but problems since Mulberrys took over. It has been awful.

I went to pick up my order only to open the locker and find a hanger with a receipt and no clothes on it. I hope my clothes will be ready soon and this was an error. I’m pretty frustrated that I went in there to pick up an empty hanger.

I'm pretty sure you lost my favorite blouse! I've emailed customer service, no response.

I dropped off my clothes in a locker 5 days ago and only received one item back. Have emailed customer service but not heard back.

Just received my shirt back but it’s really wrinkled. I decided to have it professionally washed as I wanted it ready to wear. Would like to send you pictures but can’t attach it here. Let me know what email address I should send it. Thanks, Marcelo

Order took a week. Unacceptable.
