I have used Laundry Locker for years. Always had all of my clothes washed and delivered within 2-3 days. No matter how many I brought in. This new service of you guys took three different trips to the locker to collect it all. The last trip about a week after I dropped off my bag. Unacceptable service. I'll give this service one more try before looking into something different.

extremely slow service. Locker drop off last Wednesday, return 6 days later, and now the locker does not open and I am waiting another 2 days and still do not have my laundry back. all I get is reminders to pick up laundry that I can't get to. Extremely frustrating. With laundry locker I was use to next day pick up (with morning drop off) and next day return. And on top very non-competitive when it comes to price. So I am done here - I will go back to a regular store for my laundry and dry cleaning. You can see my laundry locker history and see the business you lose.

I have already called and left a voicemail and sent an email, neither of which was responded to. As indicated in those other communications, I was expecting my clothes back by the end of the day Saturday given that I dropped them off at the 140 Brannan kiosk at about 7:10 am (ie before 9 AM) on Friday, as has has been past practice with laundry locker and as the sign inside the 140 Brannan kiosk indicates (it says drop off Friday before 9 AM and clothes will be returned on Saturday). I was counting on having those clothes so that I could wear them today for an important professional engagement and I had to find something else to wear at the last minute which is not as good. I would’ve taken my clothes someplace else if I had known that they wouldn’t come back until today. Moreover, I received no communication about the timing and no one even had the courtesy to reply to my voicemail that I left yesterday or my email that I sent this morning. This is completely unacceptable. I expect a refund. Heather Field 310-614-4263

Shoe repair was requested through the Laundry Locker app when shoes were dropped off. No repairs were done. Soles are still unglued. Inside lining is still detached. I would like a refund.

I had problems with scheduling my pickup and now I can’t get my laundry out of my Laundry Locker. You support phone line for deliveries does not work. Ugh.

2 shirts are missing... they weren’t in the locker and multiple attempts to call and email have gone unanswered. It’s unbelievable nobody will pick up the phone or answer my emails, on top of two shirts seemingly vanishing... worst service i have ever experienced.

All I got back was 1 pair of pants and a laundry bag. Where is the rest of the order? This is the third order in a row that was inaccurate. My last order took two weeks and multiple phone calls to get back. Please refund my service charges. Our home owners board will be addressing removal of your lockers from the building unless we get assurances that service will be improved.

Missing a new white shirt (NORDSTROM Traditional Fit non iron 15.5 x 32/33).I put 4 shirts in the bag and only got 3 back. This is the second mistake I’ve experienced in the past two orders. I have left two voice messages, one immediately upon getting my shirts back. You can deliver all of my clothes at once, on time. You can send a message regarding a locker number that actually exists. And since you run 24/7 kiosks, you can perhaps have customer service outside of the 9 to 5, 5 days a week window.Maybe I would be more sanguine about this, but I used Laundry locker for 10 years with minimal heartburn. Integrating the two companies should not be this hard on the customer.

Horrible. Half the order is missing. The half that was delivered took not 1 not 2 but 3 days to be delivered. I loved Laundry Locker but I am starting to hate Mulberry’s. Mulberry’s already lost an order of mine last month. If the other half of this order is not found I will never use Mulberry’s again.

You can start by delivering the rest of my shirts! I'm missing 7 shirts. The order dropped off today only had 3 shirts, plus no return garment bag.This is the second time I've tried using the Mulberry platform and the second order you've screwed up. Not only are you slower than Laudry Locker, you are also more inept.

I asked for a vintage bag to be dry cleaned. Is saturating a bag with a toxic artificial fragrance dry cleaning? No. There was so much artificial fragrance placed on my property the entire living room smelled of this synthetic, cheap, choking fragrance. The ENTIRE living room. I took the bag straight from Mulberries to Silver Fox cleaners and they confirmed this was not a dry cleaning smell, but some type of deodorizing fragrance spray. My son has seizures and is extremely sensitive to chemicals - how dare you drench my property in this toxic crap when I asked and paid for dry cleaning only.
