My sweatshirt that I just bought was returned completely discolored. The white string were bluish. My sweatshirt was brand new and expensive. I thought taking it to the dry cleaners would be the best way to take care of it but apparently not. I can’t believe it was returned to me in this condition. They are sending it to a lab to get fixed but I really needed this item for this weekend. Really disappointed and frustrated with what happened. I am hoping they can fix.

I am missing items from my order. I had included jeans for alterations with very specific instructions both using the app and IN the bag (packaged up separately with ALTERATIONS clearly marked and instructions). And now I can't even get customer support on the phone to rectify the situation.

I picked up the order yesterday from the locker - Inside I found a hanger with my laundry bag but the custom made red & gold tablecloth that I dropped off in the laundry bag was not there.Please advise on the status of my order and deliver the missing (and only item) in this order.

Not only was my wife's $700 dress ruined, my $2,000 suit pants came back with creases where there aren't supposed to be plus with a very poor ironing job and a dirty spot.One of my dress shirts were poorly ironed with the ends all shriveled up, and somehow two buttons were managed to be broken (one completely, another one, heavily damaged).

Let's hope my shirt is fixed. So far I haven't had my Armani dress shirt for 6 weeks, according to you it was ruined by normal and wear tear. NEVER HAD AN ISSUE ANYWHERE else for 30+ years. Sad

I emailed about this order earlier this week and we are still receiving notifications about this pickup. I also just left a voicemail. This order is not ours and I hope you can return these garments to their rightful owner. I also hope that our items aren’t treated and lost in the same way in the future!

I’ve emailed and called several times and my dry cleaning was dropped off somewhere else not at my apt where I left it. No one has responded from your organization to either phone messages or emails. Now unfortunately with two kids I have to go across town to pick it up. Very frustrated and really defeats the purpose of the convenience

I got my suit coats back and they were not washed. Smelt like a spray and they were still dirty. Had to put them in the washer as I needed the coats for Friday and Saturday. I dropped them off the Monday before. I will be coming back to the store to get my refund.Thank you! Dickson

When I arrived I asked for the price to clean my bed comforter. I was quoted $11. When I arrived to pick up they said it was over $30. This is deceitful business. I called the lady out on this as I met the same person. She blamed it on “new management”. I won’t be coming back.

As I said in a previous email, I got a notice from you saying I had a delivery even though I hadn't dropped off any clothes for cleaning. However, I went to that locker anyway, thinking it might contain my favorite blouse, which you lost in early July. The locker did not open with my code, not surprisingly. Worst customer service ever. Mulberry's took over Laundry Locker and did not bother to alert the existing customers of the change. They also did not change any of the signage on existing lockers which still state the, much shorter, turn-around-times for Laundry Locker and not Mulberry's. Since I found out about the service change after I already dropped off my dry cleaning on Wednesday (Sept 4), and since I needed my dry cleaning back before the Mulberry's order delivery date (Sept 9), I called customer service. It took several hours to talk to someone because the auto-answering customer service recording had issues where I could reach nobody for hours. Eventually, I got a hold of someone and explained the situation. The customer service rep was really rude and kept cutting me off mid-sentence. Eventually, I was able to explain to them that I needed my dry cleaning by Saturday (Sept 7). The customer service rep assured me that my order was going to be rushed and that he could guarantee I would have it done and delivered by Saturday (Sept 7). Not only was my order not delivered on Saturday (Sept 7) but also I was not able to reach customer service as the phone line was stuck on a loop. I even emailed customer service and nobody has since followed up. I had an important event to attend and my dry cleaning was not done despite the "promise" and the "guarantee." Everything was eventually delivered today (Monday, Sept 9) and it is all too late. If I could give you zero start, I would...

I have always used Laundry Locker with zero issues. My experience with Mulberrys was terrible. The app is horrible. Whoever came to pick up my items called me 5 times in a row and texted me 3 times while I was in a meeting. He didn’t need me to get to the lockers anyway. It took several days longer than I expected. And when I received my blanket back, it still had a stain on it and smelled so bad I had to take it out of my apartment.

Hi, Mulberrys. It seems you've made another mistake with my account. You sent me a message saying I have a delivery in locker 522 at Precita Clean in SF. However, I hadn't submitted an order. I just walked down there to get the order anyway, thinking it MIGHT be my favorite blouse that you lost in early July, but I couldn't access that locker with my pin number. So, what gives? Hope you guys get it together. Never had these problems with Laundry Locker.

Twice now, I have not been able to wear the clothes I wanted to wear on the weekend because it is taking so much longer to get my laundered shirts and dry cleaning compared to how it was with Laundry Locker. I guess I will have to plan a week ahead so I will have what I need. The last order was picked up on Wednesday, August 28 but was not delivered until today, Tuesday, September 3. I realize Labor Day was a factor, but it still took longer than it should have. On the Mulberry's app it said my clothes were due to be delivered last Friday.Also, I do not like it that I am being billed. With Laundry Locker, the fees were applied to my credit card. I called twice about that. The first time I was told that nothing had changed. That was wrong. The second time I was told that no, the fees were not being applied to my credit card and that I had a bill due of over $500.00. The guy who took the second call said he would give me a $50.00 credit. I appreciate that, but I will still have to figure out how to get the Mulberry's fees automatically applied to my credit card. you have charged my credit card erroneously for $60 2 days ago. Please refund my money asap or I will be disputing this w/ my CC company. Why is CC information being used erroneously? I did not have this problem w/ laundry locker.
