101 California At. StoreClothes came all dirty. Black jacket had white dust all over it and long blonde hairs (I am dark brunette). Sadly, very dissapointing experience.

Delivery-SF StoreI am assisting my supervisor Mr. Philandrinos with his drycleaning; acct. is under his name. The website wouldn't acknowledge there are lockers near me until I called in and had 2 IT tickets opened, and then it would only allow me to pick one locker location. After using the app, I had to follow up three times with Customer Service to get confirmation of item pick up and an explantation of what locker code to use. When I was notified the item was dropped off and ready, I opened the locker to find an empty bag and had to call Customer Service again, to find that my item still wasn't ready - 6 business days for order completion once delivered. I continue to get alerts to pick up the empty bag, even though I've already removed it from the locker. Still have no receipt confirmation that I have been correctly charged.

Delivery-SF StoreGood afternoon,We dropped off two garments a few days ago, and received notice yesterday that our order had been delivered. When I went to the locker last night, only one item was there (a pair of pants). I wrote a note last night asking when we'd get the other garment. Overnight I got a text saying "my order had been delivered" and it was in locker 544. I went and picked up the garment this morning. Everything was correct and we have both garments now back.When I got home, I had an email saying that my order had been delivered and was in locker 106. That was the order that I picked up yesterday. Shortly thereafter, I got an email saying my order had been delivered and was in locker 544. Shortly after that, I got a reminder email saying I had an order waiting for pickup in locker 106 (which I picked up last night).I'm not sure why the order got split up, but in the future, it would be great if you could keep the order together and deliver it all at once. It would also be nice if your system would somehow recognize when we've picked up an order and not continue sending us emails.Thanks.

Delivery-SF StoreWe had two items (one pair of pants and one dress shirt) for dry cleaning that were dropped off at the Haight St kiosk earlier this week. Today we were notified that our order had been completed and delivered. When we went to pick up the garments, there was only one garment (the pants) in the delivery. Nothing in the messaging told us that it was only one of the garments, or provided any information on when the shirt would be completed. This isn't the first time that you haven't delivered all the garments when you said our "order was delivered", and we've had to follow up to locate our missing garments. Please advise asap as to when we will get back the shirt.Thanks.

Delivery-SF StoreTwo months ago I went back and forth with your company trying to track down a few garments of mine. I finally decided that the $200 of clothes you either lost or wouldn't give to me were not worth the time. A few days ago, you informed me that you had picked up my garments. Being confused, I ignored the email. Tonight you informed me that my clothes were ready, so I checked the locker In my building to find 11 garments that aren't mine. I'm sure someone will want their clothes back. I will be checking my credit card to make sure that I was not charged for someone else's clothes to be cleaned. Delivery MN StoreHello,I tried Mulberrys for the first time a few weeks ago. I paid for the rush service to have a suit cleaned and delivered to my house. It did not show up, and so I didn't have a suit to wear for an important meeting with my boss. I was then told it would arrive within the hour the next day. It didn't arrive for another 3 hours.I still have to pick up a few pieces of clothing. Is there anything you can do or provide as a discount prospectively? Thank you.Andy

Delivery MN StoreI was very disappointed with the quality of work at the cleaners. First, my brown designer pants, Giorgio Armani, were shrunk (likely washed rather than dry cleaned) and they no longer fit (I cannot even get the zipper close where it can be zipped). I picked them up Monday evening (10/7) and tried them on since the fabric visually appeared and felt different. These same pants no longer had a center pressed crease.
Second, my wool coat had to be sent back and re-cleaned because a spot/stain had not been removed. Third, my light blue Armani suit was sent back because it was not cleaned well; when I arrived to pick it up Monday evening (10/7) I noticed that it was not only still not well cleaned but not adequately pressed, so I sent it back a second time just to be pressed again. I am very concerned whether this suit (when I pick it up today (10/9)) was washed rather than dry cleaned.
I will make a claim for my brown Armani pants because they are ruined.

Delivery-SF StoreI’m a longtime (but relatively infrequent) laundry locker customer, never received any communication about the change including via the signage above the lockers in my building. I placed my order through old laundry locker channels and it was not picked up until almost 2 days later when I finally called customer service (since no one responded to my emails since the old account was listed on everything). I was told my order would be back by Friday morning which would have been great since I needed it for a wedding this weekend, but it was not returned until Monday... no communication back from customer service when I asked about delay at all. Honestly worst experience
