I sent an email replying to one of these requests but it may not have reached the correct person. I dropped off some dry cleaning plus a pair of pants that needed a hem repair on 1/11. I was told the cleaning would be ready on Tuesday, but that the pants would take more time b/c they needed to be tailored and also cleaned. I was told the pants would be ready on 1/17. I needed the clothes for a trip on 1/23. I kept going to the store and picked up the cleaning, but the pants kept being delayed. They were finally ready on 1/24. Had I known about the delay, I would have brought the pants elsewhere. I do plan to pick up the pants when I return from my trip, but I hope that you don’t charge me for them. I’ve used Mulberry’s regularly for the last few years but am very disappointed in this case.

I scheduled a pickup online and it confirmed that you would pick up on Thursday between 10-12pm. That day and time came and nothing was picked up from Mulberry's. I had to email you and finally someone got back to me at 4:30pm who had a driver from Postmates do the pickup. I was willing to let that mistake go but then you messed up the delivery too! It was supposed to be delivered on Monday, 1/20/20, but that didn't happen. Again, I had to email you to ask where my order was! Ridiculous! Then someone finally got back to me and scheduled the delivery for Wednesday, 2 days late! It would have been nice to hear some kind of apology from Mulberry's but I haven't. Of course you didn't hesitate to charge us immediately. Basically, just bad customer service all around. I'll be looking for another laundry service for our future orders.

I can’t retrieve my clothes from the designated locker.I was also sent a “welcome” email, yet have been a customer since the acquisition of Laundry Locker many months back.I never had these problems with them and was hopeful that the great service would continue. Unfortunately I’m about fed up.Please tell me how I can retrieve my clothes and I’ll consider whether to switch back to a traditional neighborhood cleaners.

No follow up is required. I will never be using Mulberrys service again.I sent a order in for a re-do due to a musty smell and lazy ironing on the shirt bottoms (the shirt bottoms are getting folded over then ironed, so you're just ironing a crease into my shirt.) They came back with a slightly less (but still musty) smell, and still folds ironed into the shirt bottoms on two of the five shirts. Neither of these issues occurred with Laundry Locker.I used Laundry Locker for a year and a half. Mulberrys came along, purchased them, and now offers substandard service for a higher price. You should be ashamed of killing off a respected local business. To the former LL folks reading this, you can do better than Mulberrys; you've done it before.

My clothes are missing! I sent in two shirts and two pants a two jackets! And I received one shirt and one jacket! Now I’m at work and don’t have my uniform and now have to figure out my day with no uniform! Not happy this is the second time I’ve had issues with your company. First you tear my shirt and don’t say anything until I sent in this order now I’m missing clothing who’s is very expensive and I’ll need to file a police report since it’s a city uniform! I miss laundry locker I never had issues.

You misplaced an order, your app is terrible and did not track this and then erased any evidence of the order when I put in another pick up request. I received a call from customer relations after I reached out, but they left a message and sent an email that seemed to confuse the two recent orders. I have left messages and sent emails since then to get assurance that my clothes were coming back. They were promised at 7am today, but did not arrive until this afternoon. Re customer service -- after the initial email and call my follow-ups have not gotten any reply. And the number that is on the email sent by "concierge service" takes me to a phone tree that does not have an option for customer service and leaves me on interminable hold. I have been a weekly customer for six years. I am looking for an alternative,

I was overcharged considerably. All of the items I sent are machine-washable. None of them say dry-clean only. Yet for some reason the team decided to dry clean many of them, with a steep price markup. Can you please refund me the difference?

I dropped off a pair of shoes on November 16. I was told they would be ready in 2 weeks and the price would be $10.00. I went to pick up the shoes on Sunday Dec 1. I was told by the employee they were not able to clean the shoes, I said fine I will just take them. She went to look for them and could not locate them. I went back the next day and a different employee told me there was lots of confusion on the shoe cleaning and would have them ready the next day and the price would be $10.99. I went back on Tuesday to pick up a clothes order and my shoes. And now they charged me 11.90 for the shoes. Very poor customer service.

I dropped 4 pants off on 11/21/19 at the St. Louis Park store. The order was supposed to be ready 11/23/19. BUT- One pair of pants was sent to the wrong store. Erica did her best but said the missing pants could not be found, there was nothing more to be done, because I'd have to wait until the manager, on vacation, came back to look for them. I called twice and emailed trying to get information about this delay.I am amazed that one person only can find a misdirected order and it can be "lost" all the time a manager is on vacation. Why don't you have better records than that? This is really poor organization and service at the upper level despite what your advertising leads customers to expect. It is Dec. 2nd and I am told the pants have been found. Presumably because the manager returned from vacation.Comp my whole order, not just the lost pants, to make my experience better. The Locker Number is not displayed in the order in the app, nor sent by email, nor by text. Missing Laundry Locker, which seemed simply...simpler. My local pick-up spot is not listed in the app (Greenwich Street). Prices have gone up significantly against Laundry Locker. How hard can this be!? (User errors probably, I know, but please consider design to help the user out....).
