Delivery MN StoreHappy with Mulberry’s ability to do pick ups during this time, and appreciate all the hard work you do! I requested a coffee stain removal on wool and the stains appear the same/ slightly worse. No communication as to why this removal was not possible :/

Dallas StoreDropped off 2 shirts Tuesday evening around 6:30-7:00. Asked if they'd be ready on Wednesday to pick up in e evening, was told yes. Drove to window and the young lady spent about five minutes wandering about and then came out to tell me they were not ready, could I return tomorrow? I said yes.
Came back around 7pm last night, again, a different lady walked about, then came up and asked me to pull in front, the shirts were not ready, they needed to be folded!
I waited six minutes out front and the shirts were presented.
Mulberrys is a premium cleaner with PREMIUM PRICING. Your service is terrible and this is not my first negative experience. Not a happy customer.

Delivery MN StoreThe clothes themselves are clean and well pressed. It's the delivery service that was terrible!Somehow, the driver's system was sending him to an old work address from more than 4 years ago - I no longer work there. The new app has no way of specifying the delivery address, and when I called the office, they only had record of my home address. Yet somehow, the driver went to the incorrect old work address not only for pickup, but THREE times in delivery attempts, in spite of me calling to office each scheduled delivery time to check with the driver that the correct address was in his system. The woman answering my calls assured me each time that my home address was the only thing in the system, but that is obviously not true.I will be calling to talk with the manager tomorrow morning to discuss this.

Delivery MN StorePick up never happened (3rd time in last couple months) so I drove it in and was told it would be ready by Tuesday (11th)...just received phone call telling me it won't be ready until Thursday (13th). Not too happy about that as traveling Wednesday...Then I get notifications saying it's delivered and will I take this survey???
Not delivered and am now answering your survey.Seems like I need to find a new dry cleaner...

101 California At. StoreHi!
I really do not want to write a bad review and have no idea how to get a hold of anyone.
I used your wash/fold service for the first time last week at the 101 California St. location in San Francisco, CA.
I am an acupuncturist with a small private practice int he neighborhood and had been looking for a nearby wash/fold to wash my patients sheets and was so looking forward to this working out.
When I got back my first wash/fold, tues. 2/4/2020 I had two twin size fitted sheets missing.
I promptly went back to the 101 California location and told them what had happened, and I was told to write an email. So I sent the email while I was there to the 101Cal email address with what items I was missing with a picture of the flat sheets that I had received back w/o the fitted sheets.
Yesterday, Wed. 2/5/2020, I left a vm with the California Mulberry number, wrote another email through the Mulberry's site, and also sent another email to the 101Cal email address checking on the status of the missing sheets.
I went back today, Thurs. 2/6/2020, to pick up another load of wash/fold, (luckily all was there this time), and had asked them if they had heard anything back about the missing sheets and she said she had not heard back.
I feel really disappointed at the customer service as I am so confused why there has not been any contact even to say they have received my emails/messages and they are working on locating the missing items.
Those were brand new sheets so I am hoping they are found as I only got to use them once.
What do I do from here??

Delivery-SF StoreThis was my first experience with Mulberrys and I was not at all pleased. To begin, my order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to and I had to reach out myself for the team to realize my order was lost. It became known that it was wrongly delivered to another person in my building, which isn’t a huge deal because mistakes happened. My address was also incorrectly put into the system for some reason, even though I checked to make sure I entered it correctly the first time. I did need these clothes though, and was told to expect a delivery by Monday, 9 days after I dropped them off. Then on Monday the delivery changed to Tuesday, 10 days after drop off, and when I asked the reason for the delay I got no response. When the clothes were finally delivered, the bag I had delivered them did not return and is currently lost. Overall I was displeased with the level of service. If I hadn’t reached out, I might have never received my clothes.

Delivery-SF StoreI got an email saying my laundry was ready for pickup but no pin was provided to open the locker. When I called customer service I was on hold for 10 minutes before being routed to voicemail. Thirty minutes here trying to pick-up and no luck. Very frustrating.

Eagan StoreThe stain was not removed. It was a fresh stain of hot chocolate on a coat and I would have expected the stain to have been removed. In addition, when I dropped the coat off the employee was less than friendly and I didn't feel like he was adequately addressing my concerns about the stain. This was my first experience with Mulberrys and I was very disappointed.

Delivery-SF StoreI remain very upset about my experience with Mulberries. I placed an order for pick up on 2/21 and delivery on 2/23. My order contained numerous items I needed for a wedding that weekend. My order was never delivered on the promised day, I was never contacted, and there was no way for me to determine where my clothes were. Customer service did not pick up calls or return emails on Saturday, so I was unable to use the items for the wedding. When I complained, your team's response was that because I initially cancelled and rescheduled the order over the phone, I was supposed to know my clothes would not be delivered. Instead, I was supposed to respond to the notification e-mail that my order was ready to find out where to pick it up. Your rep who scheduled my order did not mention I wasn't going to have my items delivered, and not a single one of the emails you sent, including the notification that my clothes were ready, told me I needed to respond and manually pick them up. In fact, every e-mail said that I should be expecting my clothes for delivery. I had no way of knowing how to get my clothes. This was unacceptable from start to finish, and I am still requesting a full refund.Additionally, once you decided to actually deliver my clothes Monday morning, I was given 30 minutes notice, so I could not meet the postmates driver who was annoyed on phone I was not present for the delivery and left my clothes on the ground in front of my door, because we had no other option.Finally, there were minor issues that I could normally overlook, but feel I should include. I found a weird white stain on my black suit pants and I also noticed that the brand names of the clothes in my app didn't match what I submitted. But these are small issues compared to the delivery failure.I am a heavy dry cleaner user and was extremely excited when I read about your services. Unfortunately, so far, your company's promises have been too good to be true. I look forward to you rectifying the situation.

2)weren’t fold professionally ( just literally folded in half and socks were all mixed up, black sock with a gray sock)Too expensive for the terrible service! I’m not going to used this service again and of course will let know to all my neighbors the terrible service you guys provide.
