I placed one pair of jeans in the bag and noted both in the app, AND on the "special instructions" tab on the physical bag tag that I needed the hole in back pocket of the jeans patched. The jeans came back, but no patching done to the hole. Please let me know how this happened, how I'm supposed to request patches, and reverse the charge for this order.

When I picked up my dry cleaning, all of it was still full of cat hair and my sweaters still had stains on it. When I dropped them off for cleaning, I asked the person if they remove the pilling and he drying said “only if they need it.” I explained that I wanted them cleaned well and unfortunately, when I picked them up, they weren’t de-pilled. Then, picking them up the 2nd time after they were apparently redone, they still had hair on them and were not de pilled and this guy said “I guess they just did their best” and shrugged his shoulders. This is unexceptable and I will not return again. Wow!

I felt frustrated working on scheduling and calling and using the internet since last week when your weekend coupon of 25% was offered. I had to change my password several times and your online site is not even giving error messages and I kept refreshing to no avail. I phoned the store also and asked to be called and still no answer today. I finally got a second pick up scheduled when no one came on Friday to do so for the extra fee even!!! Please call me at 612-670-5891 to repair things please....

I thought I would try out the delivery service and specifically if directions could be followed in regards to a delivery request. Unfortunately, after waiting most of the entire day without any estimated delivery time, I called Mulberry's to check if the delivery was going to take place at all on the day promised. After the dress shirt was delivered, it was left slung over the handrail going up the three steps to my front door. I specifically asked that the shirt be hung up between my screen door and the inside entry door where I had placed a new hangar specifically for the delivery.

We brought in clothes with stains on them and when we got them home only 2 shirts didn’t have stains anymore. And the clothes that didn’t get the stains out were damaged from then trying to get the stains out. We were charge over $50 and nothing was done to our clothes. Very very disappointed in the service.

Hi, We had just purchased a down comforter from Brooklinen that was $450. We had it dry-cleaned with Mulberrys before using it. I made sure to note on the order that this was a down comforter. When down comforters aren’t dried correctly, the feathers will immediately mildew if left out for a day and the smell is awful. It’s impossible to get rid of if that happens.Not only did the order come back with “Brookstone” listed as the seller, the staff also noted the comforter as “cotton comforter”. The comforter smelled terrible and we’re guessing it had been treated as cotton, not down.We tried to dry the comforter in our dryer for two days and the smell wouldn’t go away. I just processed a return with Brooklinen yesterday and we’re getting a new comforter sent. Definitely not using Mulberrys again, though, if we have anything that needs special attention.Thanks, Taylor

I recently dropped off my wedding dress for cleaning and preservation. I received an email saying my item was complete, “hot off the press” and ready for pick up. Mulberry’s is a bit of a distance from my house, I drove in only to be told that it wasn’t done and in fact wouldn’t be done until next month! Also when I had dropped off my dress initially I had been told by the worker that they would call to let me know what discounts applied (there was a sign for 50% off your first order outside the door) and the total price but she never called. I’m just a little frustrated about the breakdown in and poor communication regarding my dress. I will not be using Mulberry’s in the future.

went to location on a Sunday during normal business hours. Location was not open. Called location, left message. Did not receive return phone call. Sent email to Mulberry's customer service about issues. Did not receive reply. Failure on multiple fronts here. Mulberry's is expensive, if it's not perfect what is the point. Went back to the location on a different day. Got clothes, person in shop had no insight or even knowledge of location having mysteriously been closed.

Your pickup/delivery service had been horrible. I have to call/email to get you to actually pick it up after scheduling days before. I thought I would drop off directly this time to avoid that hassle again. There was a check box on the drop off form asking if I wanted free delivery so I checked yes. Here we are on Saturday again with no clothes and no communication whether they are going to be delivered or I need to pick them up. Also, I see the location I dropped off is closed on weekends. I can’t use this service anymore until it improves. I have plenty of options closer and more convenient.

Had to make multiple calls/ emails to place my first order-- the app simultaneously was telling me I did not have an account, and then when I tried to create one that an account for that email already existed. Staff was unable to assist with providing a temporary password for several days.Then I received a text that my order had been dropped off in a particular locker, with a password noted. That password would not open the locker. When I called for assistance, it took several calls to reach a human at one of the branches. This employee did not know how to help, so forwarded on to her manager. As I was in a hurry, I still haven't been able to try opening the locker with his guess at a different password.All to say, lockers exist for the convenience of the resident, and this entire process has been massively inconvenient thus far. With other nearby choices in the neighborhood, it seems like less hassle to drop off my laundering elsewhere.

My laundry was not delivered on time. I went in to the store to ask where it was and explain that I NEEDED it by the end of the weekend and was willing to pick it up. I was told they were going to make calls and personally follow up with me. This did not happen. Finally my laundry was delivered yesterday (well over a week from when I dropped it off). I believe this is only because I called and insisted that it be delivered. I was trying this service out because I work 14 hour days and I had four weeks of laundry piled up. Because it wasn’t delivered on time I literally had to buy new clothes over the weekend. And it looks like I was still charged the full amount for this service. I was planning on using this service on a weekly basis if this had worked out. This did not work out.

I dropped off a pair of jeans to be patched. But when I got them back, the jeans hadn't been repaired, they had been dry cleaned. I had included a note about the patch in the app. --- According to the pricing sheet, this is a service that's offered. If it's not, okay, but I wish I had been contacted.

Hello,I tried getting my dry cleaning out of the locker and the code did not work. I tried getting in touch with customer service via phone and email and have not heard back. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service level--it is not easy to get in touch with a live person-no actual extension for issues when trying to get laundry from locker + no one picks up. I have also not heard back on the email I sent. I would like to get my clothes back. Please have someone contact me at 646-621-3929. thank you
