What could be worse??
Manager wasn’t in the office to resolve this issue, I paid in full for dry cleaning/ destroying my staff, didn’t pickup destroyed pants and left. Great service !

Roseville StoreYou charged me $28 for 2 shirts and a sweater. When I asked why I was told you dry cleaned the shirts instead of laundry. You took it upon yourself to get as much revenue as you could out of a small order. And the $28 was supposedly 25% off which I highly doubt I received the discount.

Delivery-SF StoreI had a black dress day cleaned. It came back with white stripes. The fabric was stretched and caused all the white threads to show. Unfortunately have to trash the dress, as it was a favorite. I’m pretty sad and disappointed about it. Not sure how it can be made up at this point

Minneapolis StoreI picked up my order today: two mattress toppers and one yellow quilt.They all smell slightly mildew.The quilt has a stain on it that was not on the quilt when I brought it to Mulberry's for cleaning. The note on the order says, "STAIN IS PERMANENT." The note also says please bring it back for a free, second cleaning. Why would I bring it back if the stain is permanent? Why would I return when there was clearly some error that has resulted from your service?The quilt being hand sewn, also has several places where the stitching is ripped. I just bought this quilt a few months ago and brought it to you because I was worried about taking it to a laundromat. I am so incredibly disappointed in your service. I would like to see this resolved with a replacement of my quilt, please.

St. Louis Park StoreWe are disappointed in the cleaning of our down comforter. It appeared to be put into the plastic bag before it was dry and when we took it out it smelled of chemicals and wet down. We hope that drying it out will remove the smell but would recommend that you not put it into a bag until it is fully dry or provide instructions that show your awareness of these problems.

2295 Filbert St. Storeshirt came back with a dirty fingerprint on the outside of the collar. def wasn’t there before. i asked for extra starch on the collar which was done but def not at the expense of cleanliness!

St. Paul StoreI brought in a wedding dress for cleaning. Upon inspection my wife discovered that the original train loop had been damage and a new one was poorly installed. The original bust piece that came with the dress had been replaced with a piece of cardboard and a hanger. I would not recommend Mulberry’s for anything important and regret taking my business there.

St. Paul StoreA very special garment was misplaced and given to another customer, who didn't return it to one of your stores for a week. I had to make several calls and go to the store a few times before I was able to recover the item.I also bought a spray product that I later decided not to keep. When I tried to return the unopened item, I was told you don't accept returns. I don't recall seeing your "no returns" policy posted anywhere in your store or being mentioned it to me at the time of purchase. I find your policy and the product that I was forced to keep quite disappointing.

St. Paul StoreI had been hoping to get a blanket de-pilled, and when I got it home, it looked identical to when I dropped it off. Apparently the guy "did the best he could" but lol, who wants to pay $30 for literally nothing? I would have much preferred he/you be honest and call and say he just couldn't do it rather than charging me for a service he couldn't provide. Huge disappointment.

St. Louis Park StoreI had a two piece suit, a three piece suit and a dress shirt that were all brand new never worn pressed at your SLP shop. When I got the items back on Thursday I found creases pressed into the wrong parts of my pants, a dress shirt still with wrinkles in it, and my suit vest with a half dollar sized stain on the lapel. Additionally my other suit was returned covered in lint and had dust on it.When I drove all the way back to your shop this morning Bessie met me and when I explained the situation and how it was my suit that I was about to get married in that was stained she didn’t really say anything. No apology, no explanation, nothing. She said they would do a “redo” as though this kind of thing happened regularly. I am flabbergasted, she said maybe a total of five words and none of them made me feel like Mulberry’s cared about what they did to my clothes or that they would even fix it. Not only did your product fail, so did your customer service.

St. Louis Park StoreWas charged fo a stain on a black suit that was worn once. Attended would. It let me use bogo coupon on account. I have been a long time customer. Have returned items that you have given me by mistake ( Candanda goose fur), and even given you guys another opportunity after you ruined my Canada goose jacket and I had to send it in to be re- down filled after it was dry cleaned. I’m fed up with the horrible experiences and being charged for stain removal on things that didn’t have them. This is the only dry cleaner that adds charges without the customer having any control or say. Incredibly disappointing to work with.
