Minneapolis StoreMy order was not picked up or delivered at the time I indicated on my order. It was picked up late and delivered a day early.When the pick-up time was missed I sent an email asking for information about when they were coming. My email was not responded to. I have felt uninformed about what has been happening through this process.

san-carlos StoreI called the same day of dropping off my 3pc dress and remembered about the price tag that was still on the dress. Left a voice message to please keep it for me. When I came to pick up my dress today the girl came up with excuses that they don't keep those things they throw them out. I told her I called to request this! She was not helpful at all! I have problems with her at the beginning she entered into the system that it was a 2pc instead of 3pc. Today picking up my dress the skirt and shawl were not press. It almost looked like they were not dry cleaned! I told her to send it back to get press. She only charged for the 1pc $22.67. I left and she forgot to give me a receipt for my stuff!!

san-carlos StoreSeveral garments that I've left with you, came out half-done. The stains left, and some new ones appeared. Only one item (out of 4 poorly done), I've asked for a re-do, but was told that I'll be charged again. For the same outfit. That hasn't been done right.I will pick it up, but I will have to switch cleaners, and I regret that I have to give you poor reviews everywhere on-line. Sorry, I'm a blogger and an influencer, and it's my job. I understand you don't want to do the same job twice, but my professional ambition and consciousness wouldn't allow me to take my customer's money (twice!), without a job done.

san-carlos StoreI did not enjoy my experience and I do not plan on coming back or returning to any Mulberry location. I received terrible customer support dropping off my clothes, as I ask to have my clothing ready earlier than the quoted time (granted- she said I could pay 30% more for expedited cleaning, but it only quoted a few hours earlier than if I didnāt pay, so I didnāt). When I was picking up my clothes, I arrived 45 minutes before the store closed, but the door was locked. I called the location over 10 times and knocked on the door- as I clearly saw the worker inside. Finally coming to the door 20 minutes later, he acted like I was the one inconveniencing him. I tell him my name and he says he cannot find my clothing. After I clarified the spelling he eventually got my clothes a little before the store closed at 7pm. Out of curiosity, I called the store while I was paying (to see if I even had the correct number to the location), and the employee clearly walked to the phone, saw the number calling, and ignored the call once again. Although this does not directly affect the quality of the dry cleaning, the customer service is why I will no longer give Mulberrys my patronage.

san-carlos StoreIām not happy with the finished product I always have dirt or a stain of something on my shirts the ironing of the collars and cuffs are poor, which is the most important part of shirt. I have complained several times.

san-carlos StoreI was a former customer and recently came back. Every time I pick up my shirts they are never done correctly and I walk away extremely unhappy. The problem is they rush to get them done in 24 hours that is not enough time to do a proper job.It would be easier to call me to explain. Iām very unhappy.

They charged me 12 dollars for each item. Just last week I picked up 11 items and they charged me 5 dollars per item. The girl claimed that woman shirt is more expensive than man shirt. san-carlos StoreStick to the price that you give to your customers instead of increasing it at the pick up time. The lady behind the cashier changed the price the two times that I was there and when I told her her thatās not how much you told me when I dropped it off then with an attitude she asked me how much do you want to pay. Itās not about how much I want to pay, itās all about not charging more than what you have already told your customer.

san-carlos StoreI have tried ācurbside pickupā as advertised all over your copious advertising three times. I send the āhereā text as instructed in the text and email I receive and no one ever responds! I then call into the store since I am disabled and itās hard for me to go in - NO ONE HAS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. Every single time I have to go inside for ā curbside serviceā to find a teenager or two goofing off.

san-carlos StoreThe order slip said the shirts were to be put on hangers;they came back boxed. On a prior visit. I ordered the shirts to be boxed, and they came back on hangers. Your folks need to pay attention to the requested order not on past history.

san-carlos StoreI brought my shoes in to be resoled on Thanksgiving and just got them back. The leather soles were replaced with plastic and the small heel was removed and replaced with a flat sole. This is totally unsatisfactory.

san-carlos StoreDamaged a timeless sentimental piece of clothing - a woolen shawl that belongs to my mother. It has come back shabby with hair stuck and purple threads. It is a flawless piece of garment that has been damaged (hoping it can be fixed!). Unacceptable error.

What could be worse??
Manager wasnāt in the office to resolve this issue, I paid in full for dry cleaning/ destroying my staff, didnāt pickup destroyed pants and left. Great service !
