I brought in a pair of slacks to be cleaned and the clerk denoted my account with special instructions with cleaning them. When I picked them up and then since put them on to go to work, they were about 2 inches wider in the waist. This is the second time this has happened to me - one navy pair, one black pair with the same sku/style/maker. A tad frustrating when you are in a hurry to get to work and find you have to take another trip back to the store (I live in Maple Grove) so this isn't something I can easily pop on my calendar. I am waiting for them to be completed and hope they are in tact as these Vince slacks are $265 from Nordstroms.

My comforter was dropped off at my work location on a Monday. Is suppose to returned on Thursday. Wasn't returned until the following Friday. Almost two weeks. That was an empty promise.

Dropped one pair of dress pants off Monday morning and was told they would not be ready until Friday afternoon. 5 business days for 1 pair of pants?! Last time I dropped off 2 pairs of pants and had to have a button repaired and it only took 3 business days. I love the idea of "environmentally friendly" dry cleaning but it seems silly to have to wait 5 days for 1 pair of pants.

Slow turn around time, and my collars are typical yet I continually get charged extra but they can never tell me which shirts needed stain treatment and I'm sure I should not be charged every time.

I gave a two star rating because I was disappointed in the results of the cleaning of my blazer. I had a recent stain on it. When I brought it in, I pointed to the stain and asked the sales person if she thought it could get cleaned. She gave it a quick look and brushed my concern off by telling me not to worry about it. She made me feel the spot would come out. So I dropped it off. When I picked it up there was the standard note saying they could not remove the stain. I would not have spent the money to get it cleaned if I had been told up front that there was a good chance that it would not come out. I guess I was hoping the sales person would have asked me questions about the stain (e.g.. type/from what, length of time it had been on the garment etc.) as a means of determining the odds of it coming clean. I had only worn the jacket a short time so it did not need cleaning except for the spot.

I asked my husband to drop off a pair of my daughter's clean jeans to have a tear repaired - when he picked up yesterday he was given two pairs of someone else's jeans but not ours. He did not notice because covered by plastic and with right order ticket attached. He will return today and hopefully exchange for the right order.

Today I picked up almost $200 in dry cleaning . Most of the laundry looks great but there is a good stain on a pair of pants that was missed? I am going to bring that back for another cleaning .I felt the woman who helped me was not as helpful as she could have been given the large order.She seemed more interested in peering out the front window than helping me get all that cleaning gathered together .

I asked that my dry cleaning be picked up and left in my porch. Pick up wasn't done on scheduled day, and then when it was delivered, instead of laying the garments on any of the three pieces of furniture in my porch (two large cushioned chairs and sofa), they just left it on the ground. The bag was filthy when I picked it up-dirt and grass. I had to remove all of the items from the bag before taking them into the house. Seems like common sense that you would lay clothes on furniture before the ground.

Everything was taken care of after a few emails. Driver didn't pick up the bag, stating it wasn't at the front door. It was, and was then picked up a couple days later. Always great cleaning!

The whole pick up/delivery experience was a mess. I decided to try the app because you offered me 50% off my order - great deal, right? So I schedule a pick up and delivery on demand. I had a problem come up that took me away from home when the delivery was supposed to take place, so I called to cancel the delivery. Mulberry's needs to make a way to reschedule these things inside the app. When I called, the person who canceled my order accidentally canceled the pick up instead of the delivery, so here I am, sitting in this meeting and my phone keeps blowing up because the delivery person is trying to get inside my building, but no one is home. I can't take a call, but I can text, so I did and told them to bring it back to the store. I didn't receive any type of confirmation, so store staff were helping me track down my clothes. When I eventually got home, I found my clothes hanging outside my apartment door (not stolen, thanks god) so apparently the person did get inside my building even though they said they couldn't. Store staff were kind and helpful, but the whole process was super stressful and it felt like no one within the company was clearly communicating with anyone else.

The service at the drop off location has been wonderful. However an article of clothing was lost 4 weeks ago. Never returned. The concierge service for looking into the lost item was aweful. They never, ever called me on the "issue". Never proactive. Never received a phone call, a letter, nothing. They picked up the phone when I called. I would expect something as serious as never getting back a $50 pair of pants and paying for their cleaning would amount to being proactive. Not awefully passive as so have noted here. Never received credit for the cleaning charge. If there was another dry cleaner that did natural cleaning I would go to them because of this one incidence. Passiveness seems like the company doesn't care.

Although I received an email informing me that my clothing was delivered on my scheduled drop-off date, Thursday, March 16, 2017, I did not actually receive my clothes until Friday, March 17, 2017. Also, I know that often fabrics can smell like cleaning products after they have been cleaned, but my clothes smell of an odor that I have never encountered after picking them up; my garments and dry cleaning bag smell strongly of cigarettes. I have been a customer with Mulberry's for six years because my expectations have always been exceeded. The nearest Mulberry's is not that close to my home, so I was pleased to see that they deliver. However, I am disappointed with the services Mulberry's provided this time.

For the second time in a row Mulberrys has failed to follow instructions. On both occasions I have asked for my shirts to be folded, first time not at all and was charged. Second time 2 folded one not.
