St. Louis Park StoreBoth pick up and delivery were at a different time than I scheduled. That would be fine, but the clothes were left on the stoop - not hung up inside the storm door -- and it rained. So I had a puddle of clothes waiting for me.

St. Louis Park StoreDress was supposed to be ready on Tuesday and they called on Wednesday with more questions about alterations. I had already clarified questions they had on two different calls the week prior. Finally got the dress Wednesday night before leaving town

St. Louis Park StoreWhen I first arrived, the man in front of me was picking up shirts. Unfortunately, they were lost. He told them to deliver them to his house. Then when I picked up, they had charged me for the incorrect amount. Someone fixed it by adding a credit to my account. Then I went home and tried on the clothes I had altered, and one of the items did not seem to be altered at all! Not sure what happened there.

207 Berry St. StoreThe staff were quite pleasant and friendly, but the stains are still present after two trips to through the cleaning solution. It would be nice to speak with someone who is actually doing the cleaning to get a better idea of what has been tried or what could be done.

St. Paul StoreGARMENT WAS SOILED WHEN PRESENTED FOR PICK UP FOLLOWING CLEANING.
REQUIRED ANOTHER DRY CLEANING, FEATURING AN ADDITIONAL TWO DAY DELAY.
GUEST SERVICE STRONG, GARMENT WAS SIMPLY NOT CLEAN AT SCHEDULED PICK UP.

Edina StoreI haven't even picked up my dry cleaning yet. This rating is due to the young women who "helped" me on 8/8/17 around 8am at the Edina location by Davanni's. She was as rude and dismissing as I had ever experienced at your store. I have always said to my wife how fantastic the employees at this location have always been. Until yesterday! Please have a talk with her and explain this behavior will not help her going forward in her career, whatever career she chooses.Still love you guys!

Eagan StoreWhen I went to pickup my order this morning on my way to work, around 8am, I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to arrive to help me with my order (the location opens at 7am). When he did arrive it took a few minutes for him to look up my order, although I handed him the claim slip I received when dropping off the order. Then he explained he had to count the money in his till before he could complete my transaction. At this point it was about 8:15 and I could not wait any longer as I had to get to work. Very poor customer experience given the location had been open for an hour already.

207 Berry St. StoreI arrived after recovering an email notifying me that my order was ready for pickup.My entire order was not ready. I was told to come back and pick up the rest of my clothes. So disappointed with this service.

Minneapolis StoreI used the new home pick-up and delivery service. My items were not delivered when I scheduled them to be and were quite late. I then received a call from an apartment complex that I lived in 7 years ago saying my dry cleaning had been delivered to them. This old address was nowhere on my order. When I called customer service they apologized and said they would remedy the situation. Later that evening only 2 of my 7 items were delivered. After speaking with the driver he apologized and said he would be back soon. He never returned. The next day I didn't hear anything from Mulberry's and did not receive my missing items.I called customer service again and they informed me my items were at the Edina store. I explained the situation again (I'm not sure why there were no notes in my file after my interactions the previous day) and they figured out that the apartment office was closed and therefore the driver could not get the items. So why did a driver not go back the next day? It seemed that there was no follow-up on Mulberry's part. I was asked to get the office hours and call back. When I did a different customer service person answered and I was forced to explain my situation for the third time (again, why were there no notes in my file?!). I also explained that I had not received the 50% off for a coupon that I used for my order. I was told that separate people would get back to me the following day about my clothing and the coupon code. No one ever got back to me. However, my clothes were delivered the next day and it appears my bill was comped.For the last month since this happened I have been receiving emails saying that my clothes were ready to be picked up at the Edina store. I ignored them since they had been delivered. Today I received an email saying that because I did not pick up my clothes they were going into storage and I would be charged a storage fee. I called customer service to make sure that I would not be charged a fee for storing clothes that were now hanging in my closet. The customer service person I spoke with kept insisting my clothes were at the Edina store. She was not listening to me and was very rude. I asked for someone else to talk to and she gave me the number for the Edina store. The Edina store did confirm that my clothes were indeed not there and assured me I would not be charged. Apparently there were no notes in my file because I once again had to explain what happened.The only reason I am giving a 2/5 is because my clothes were clean and eventually returned to me. It is incredibly frustrating that I am the one that had to follow up on this issue. To have over $500 worth of clothes delivered to the wrong address is appalling. That fact that I had to re-explain the situation every time I called is unacceptable. Also, I should not have continued getting emails, nor should I have to deal with rude customer service. This experience has been terrible and I am considering taking my business elsewhere. I suggest Mulberry's shore up their online system and do a better job tracking customer's issues.

Palo Alto StoreI had given a mens suit to be dry-cleaned as it had some spots/stains and asked for pick up date as the suit was to be worn for a weddingI received an email that the suit was ready but it was not ready when I went to pick it upso I waited for the next notification by email and went again to pick it up. The pant was clean but the jacket still had the stains. I needed it for a wedding so I told her to clean it
The lady kept the jacket to be clean again...
I had to pick up on Tuesday for the wedding on Wednesday.. the jacket still had the stains when I went to pick it up on Tuesday
the lady then told me that she would get it cleaned and would give me a call to pick up by evening
So I had to go back again to pick it up and it was clean this time and spots were removed.
You can see I made so many trips for this pick up

San Carlos StoreTwice in a row now I have gone to the dry cleaners on or after the promised day shown on the dropoff receipt, only to be told the garments aren't ready and won't be until the next day, or two days out. That's pretty inconvenient. The staff are always very apologetic and friendly, but it is inconvenient to drive all the way there only to find that I need to come back again some other day.

San Carlos StoreMy order was originally a pick-up/delivery dry cleaning order... The clothes were picked up when promised, and then I received a notification the next day that they had been delivered. When i went to my building lobby to pick up my clothes, they were nowhere to be found. I called the Townsend location to inquire about my clothes, and they said that on their end everything had been scanned and accounted for, so they'd follow up with the driver to find out where my clothes were. I never heard back and called them on Sunday to ask for an update, at which time i was told that my clothes were in the store (and had never actually been delivered). The experience caused quite a bit of stress as every single item in my order was brand new - literally only worn once. I also would have expected a call back once my clothes were actually found. This is the second time i've used your dry cleaning service, and i was really disappointed in this last experience.
