My wife and I are new to the area and we used the pick up feature at our building. The pick up was delayed. Our item was “lost” for several days and then was delivered on time, but we were charged the incorrect price, which was rectified after my wife contacted the shop. Lastly, we requested manager contact and never received any. While we want to use Mulberrys in the future, this experience was less that ideal.Best, Nick

The shirts are perfectly cleaned and pressed - you get 5 stars for that! However, I received the shirts on wood hangers, which I did not ask for and do not want. While I will certainly return the wood hangers, I can't fit all my shirts in my closet if I use wood hangers for each of them. Consequently, I would prefer the normal thin metal hangers. Unfortunately, however, I'm told that I can only get metal hangers by paying a 10% surcharge on top of what was already a very expensive price for shirt laundry and pressing! Therefore, this was the first and last time that I will use your service. If your policy changes, I would be happy to use your service again. Thank you!

Last week when I dropped off 5 items, your worker tried to give me item that was not mine. When I got home there was a voicemail message saying I needed to pick up an item " that maybe your mother didn't know belonged to you". I called back to explain I was the same person who refused it the first time. So on Thursday I pick up my 5 items and I get home and there is the "not my item" again. I returned it on Saturday. There is a communication issue here and an inconvenience for me. On another issue I returned a skirt that was incorrectly pressed or over pressed : all the seams were visible on the surface. I am hoping it can be re pressed without permanent damage to the garment. Thank you for the opportunity to review the service.

I have a pair of Gucci pants which were delivered on Oct 6. I kept checking the order and it showed it was open. This Tuesday it showed that it was closed, but no pants were delivered. I called on Tuesday, and to Mulberry's credit, I was able to speak with somebody right away. I received a call that the pants were located at the plant and they were delivered to me quickly. Those are good things. So, my pants were lost, and I was charged for cleaning of the lost pants. This isn't okay.

I stopped in to see if Mulberry's would be able to wash our white "coverlet" blanket that is very large (for a cali king bed). I asked if they had "industrial sized washing machines" and if that's how they would wash it (which is what the instructions on the tag call for), and the woman working said they would be able to do it, no problem. I picked it up and pulled it out of the bag and it is still fairly dirty. There's still spots from dirt on it and the coloring doesn't look white...it just looks dirty still.Does Mulberrys have industrial machines they can wash items in? If not, does dry-cleaning even help remove stains and dirt spots? I would love to know so I can determine where else to bring items like this in the future. Thank you.

There was a stain card attached to a shirt but the remediation wasn't ever discussed with me, the stain was not removed and in one place actually looks worse now. It would have been great if someone had discussed with me what was happening with this shirt either while it was being cleaned or when I picked it up.

Charge was way more than expected; apparently certain brands have up charges. Didn't know this. Why does Vineyard Vines have an up charge yet Hugo Boss does not?Also, I put in a 20% coupon that was not applied to my order. I had to follow-up to get this applied which should not need to be the case.Probably finding other alternatives

No need to follow up with me on these comments. But the delivery service needs a lot of work. I got my laundry back via a delivery person a day late (which was yesterday) and I just recieved an email this morning saying that my order is "ready for pickup." things seem pretty disorganized. I hope these things don't happen again if I use this service another time in the future.

It's ok, it's not done yet, mistakes happen so we will see how it goes. I brought in 2 comforters to be washed, specifically discussing that I definitely did not want them dry cleaned. When I picked them up they were dry cleaned and had a smell and a feel to the fabric that was exactly what I was trying to avoid. And I nearly fell over to hear it is $40 even to have a comforter laundered. So we'll see how they come back . . . I was re-doing the bedrooms for guests but now have no comforters for the weekend! But hopefully they will be smell-free. (I get migraines and am very sensitive to odors and chemicals.) I'm not sure they are going to be able to get the smell out. I hope they offer me a discount! However, the staff on phone and in person are very nice.

Driver never picked up my laundry on unappointed day. They are gracious enough to admit the driver error and sent up a Uber driver to pick up the next day. That laundry order was never dropped off on the schedule day . have to contact them in the morning .

I do not like the third party pick up service at all! They never know what's going on. And the communication between Mulberries and these third-party drivers is very terrible. Is there a way to insure that a Mulberrys driver will come? Do I need to make my pick up dates further out? Thank you!

Your staff was fine. It was the leather specialist you send out to. It took over three weeks to do a simple hem glue on a tiny shirt. Then when I finally got my shirt back it was so poorly done, a third of it wasn't even glued. Then I had to wait four more days for what I should have just figured out how to do myself. And They charged me 30 dollars for that disaster. Maybe you should re-think your association with this leather "specialist. "
