San Carlos StoreCleaning scheduled for delivery between 10-11 am Ye Amsterdam morning. No messages on my phone, no notes in my door, no dry cleaning delivery yet. I contacted the office and no one’s there. Left a message and no servoce reply since. Got a bill, no details to review but Just the amount my card was charged. Was supposed to get 50% off first order, that doesn’t seem clear that this happened. I’m not happy with this servoce and you’ve lost my trust before we even got off the ground. I will go back to Rinse because your service is terrible lacking and too expensive

St. Louis Park StoreThe parking lot was only partially plowed. The spaces in front of Mulberry's were not plowed. There was no clear path from the parking lot into the store. It was treacherous climbing through the snow chunks, and even more so when my arms were full carrying loads of clean dry cleaning. I was there at 8 in the evening. The snow had stopped nearly 24 hours earlier. That should have been enough time to plow, I would think - especially since the back part of the lot was plowed. I almost didn't pick up my dry cleaning, but there were items I needed.The woman in the store offered to help me carry out my cleaning, which was great. (She was also helpful and attentive when I dropped of my cleaning.)However, she told me many of your customers' cars had gotten stuck in the snow. Not a good way to treat your customers! She said she tried to shovel it but couldn't. Wasn't there a property manager or store manager to take care of this?Thanks for listening! Usually you are absolutely wonderful. Today was a deep disappointment.

244 Townsend StoreMy black shirt came back with some kind of white, crusty stuff all over the right shoulder and arm, and a crease was ironed into its collar. The other shirts had spots of this crusty stuff on them. I have worn each of these shirts exactly once, and this is my first time using your service.In addition to the poor condition of the shirts, the order was a day later than promised.With this kind of service, I don't see how you expect to retain customers.

Delivery MN StoreThe pickup was a week late with no second attempt until I contacted the company. A shirt was damaged beyond repair. Luckily I was contacted and reimbursed, and the delivery was made in a timely fashion. I will consider a different company based on this poor service.

Delivery MN StoreWe had two attempts to get the same suit clean, and we had an issue with pickup the first time; then the items were delivered not clean; then after dropping them off a second time they were delivered a day later than expected when we were supposed to go out of town. It is not worth it to use a delivery service if you don’t pick up or deliver on the promised day.

St. Louis Park StoreI brought in a pair of pants that had a tear on the back that I wanted to get fixed. While the tear was fixed, the pants had dirt all over them when they were returned to me. Really didn't expect that.

Delivery MN StoreMulberry’s still has yet to get my order correct. Delivery instructions were finally followed; however, I was charged incorrectly which caused me to have to be on the phone three different times to get it worked out. Communication continues to be a challenge. I am thankful the orders were correct and satisfactory! Thank you! Also, the issue was resolved, so that was good!

207 Berry St. StoreI brought a suit jacket in for alteration, it needed to be let out slightly. I picked it up and it looked great in the front but then the back hung strangely in a way that it didn't before I brought it in originally, and the seamstress said there wasn't enough fabric to let out that part to fix the back. She should've told me that before saying that she could fix the original problem - now there's nothing else I can do with this jacket. It's better than the original problem, but not exactly right - I wouldn't have paid $85 if I knew this would be the result.

San Carlos StoreI brought in 3 items for hemming, securing a button and cleaning. I got 2 back. I item was brand new and never worn and was not found. The staff have been great in responsiveness but very disappointed to loose my brand new shirt on the first go. I am hopeful and willing to try again.

Delivery MN StoreMy shoes were not delivered back to me. They were part of the order. Also i am being charged over $15 for the shoes when your price list states $10.99. And you didn’t return them
