It seems very expensive. Almost $40 for 4 items? Is there a menu so I can see how much everything cost? How about an itemized receipt? Also, I did not receive a bag back to send out future orders in... Although I sent my order in one of your Mulberry bags.

Had a bit of a long wait while the attendant looked for the customer's dry cleaning ahead of me. Had hoped just to drop in and pick up my clothes, but waited about 10 minutes. No need to follow-up.

Our electricity was out today and so I placed the garment bag on the front door handle. The driver did pick up and deliver our dry cleaning, but didn't leave an additional garment bag for the next pick up. I have an extra bag, so it is not necessary to send someone out. But the reason I have an extra bag is that this has happened on more than one occasion, making it difficult to get our clothing cleaned efficiently.

The pickup was great, no issues at all. But then I got an email saying I owed money from a previous order. This concerned me, because I have always consistently updated my debit card on file each time my old one was stolen/compromised. I've had to repeatedly give the card info because Green Streets/Mulberrys' system lost it the first 2 times, but the right one has now been on file for at least 6 months. Then out of nowhere I get this random email. So that is what I'm unhappy about.Leslie

Sometimes the upcharges for certain aspects of items seem a little steep. It would be nice if customers were notified about the upcharges on a given order (and really, it would be good if these prices were reduced slightly..)

Fantastic customer service. Did a great job with a very tough, already-set, red-colored stain on a comforter. The ONLY reason it's not a 5-star rating is because removing the stain entirely would have earned a 5. There's still a hint of it in the fabric.This is not a criticism, though. Very tough stain. Fantastic customer service, as always, and the job was completed earlier than expected.Thank you!
