St. Paul StoreThe staff was incredibly friendly and my garments came back great. When I was putting my order in the car I noticed an item I didn't recognize. I opened the bag to find a belt that certainly was not mine. I brought the piece back in to the shop and hope they can return it to the correct customer. Makes me a little worried about bringing items back in the future but am hoping this was just a fluke.

St. Louis Park StoreI'm happy with the service as a whole. It's a pretty rad thing that i can get my clothing picked up and delivered with my hectic schedule.
The new dresses I had pressed (only) came back with fewer wrinkles (from being shipped), but I will have to iron them prior to wearing to get out the rest. I'll use the service again for sure, but with the knowledge that I'll have to allot time for touch up ironing or steaming myself prior to wearing. Any fancier dresses/more difficult pressing I have I'll bring in and pick up myself to avoid any re-dos. Thanks.
