Minneapolis StoreI had a down comforted cleaned recently due to a urinary accident by a pet. When I dropped it off I was told there was an extra fee because it was considered a biohazard. I work in the animal industry and have never heard of dog urine or feces being a biohazard. I needed the comforter cleaned immediately so I left with out saying anything but found the extra "biohazard fee" for pet urine kinda ridiculous.

The staff was very courteous in apologizing and making sure my needs were met after the person in line however I cannot give a five-star rating because I had to get out of my car after waiting for a few minutes (at the drive through), come inside and ask for help.Thanks for the help.

Delivery-SF StoreI’m sure they did a great job on the belt reconditioning (haven’t looked at it yet). However, there was some confusion on delivery. It seemed that my belt was scheduled for standard delivery. But, an employee also ordered Postmates to pick it up. The Postmates employee wasn’t able to find it and was calling me to cancel the order. I instructed them that Mulberrys issued the order, and I couldn’t cancel it. Anyways, I’m glad it got all straightened out after a couple of phone calls.

207 Berry St. StoreIt is hard to be perfect. You did a great job but I wish the stains had come out of my white blouse. Employee did give me options like you trying to clean it again but then said it might blow a hole in the material, also consider dying the blouse.. It is a vintage blouse so I realize it is hard to know what to do with it when a stain does not come out. not sure how you could have made things better. Very good service
Perhaps if stains don't come out, then give a small credit for the next item brought in. ??
