My order was not picked up on the scheduled delivery day until I called and inquired. When I called, they asked if I had set the order out--which I did, but not until shortly after 8a.m.. My concern is that the email confirmation I received for my pick-up told me I did not have to set out my dry cleaning and that if I chose not to, the driver would knock on my door. The person who I spoke with gave me a different message. I'm not sure if the driver came and left because my dry cleaning was not out on my doorstep by 8a.m., but there should be a clear practice and expectation of what to do in that case. I do know that nobody knocked on my door and that it was implied that not having it out could be why it was not picked up before 5p.m.

The reason why my experience was a four and not a five was because I was scheduled to have cleaning returned on Thursday and it was returned a day later with no notice or email alert. Otherwise - love the service!

I like Mulberry's, but you don't have an option to not use the plastic that covers the clothing. The plastic so not eco-friendly and I really wish you had some kind of option not to use it. We have to do better for the planet.

I had a down comforted cleaned recently due to a urinary accident by a pet. When I dropped it off I was told there was an extra fee because it was considered a biohazard. I work in the animal industry and have never heard of dog urine or feces being a biohazard. I needed the comforter cleaned immediately so I left with out saying anything but found the extra "biohazard fee" for pet urine kinda ridiculous.
