244 Townsend StoreThe remodeled store on Townsend is nicely completed, although the clerk was less familiar to assist with the mobile application and didn't offer a help desk number or alternative to help resolve, except literally "good luck with the app"!

Palo Alto Store For some reason one redo item was delivered while the other items remain at the Belmont store for me to pick up. The entire order was indeed for pick up but was confused as to why one of the items was delivered. And that if it was to be delivered why the other items were delivered with it

St. Louis Park StoreTwo of the dresses are perfect. The third came back with a tag stating that the dress had staining with was removed with the unfortunate side effect of color loss and (possible) damage to the material. I was not consulted about these risks prior to the cleaning of the dress. The dress is now not wearable for its original intended purpose (I can wear it for casual dress) and I must purchase a new one. I would like to be consulted prior to execution of procedures which could damage a garment.
