Delivery-SF Storewe used green streets. you acquired them. green streets had us on their route and we could drop our cleaning with the concierge anytime. i dropped off my cleaning and it never got picked up. it sat for about ten days. i had to call you to find out that the routine had changed. i have no problem with setting an appt for pick up and drop off with you as i am now doing but you did not handle the transition well. no one contacted me to let me know that i could no longer just drop my cleaning.
