I requested medium starch on my duvet cover, sheets and pillow vases. My 5 items came back beautifully laundered and ironed but it seems they were not starched. Perhaps next time I will request heavy starch?

Everything happened on time and the quality is excellent. My major gripe is with the app and the website, which are non-intuitive and very slow to work with. Definitely could be improved.

The service was great, however the rug I brought in had to be resent out to be cleaned again. There were still several stains on it when it was returned. I picked it up yesterday and the same stains were on there with a note that it was permanent. I am a bit disappointed because the stain was not originally there when I first brought it in, but now is permanently on the rug. Again the service was great, just the product did not turn out how I would have liked, for the price we paid.

After first picking up my jacket from getting seams re-sewn, I was dissatisfied with finding a section not yet sewn. After returning for repair & picking it up, I am very satisfied w/the much better done work. Thank You.

I set up a delivery, but it never arrived so I just stopped by the location to pick up the order the following day. I am also missing a sweater from my dry cleaning order.

I am finding your pricing to be inflated, as you again raised prices when I went to pick up my order and did not know beforehand as you do not price your receipts when i drop off or notify in another manner as to price increases. Your pricing is 30 to 50% higher then other cleaners in the area. You really need to re-align your pricing or I will need to go elsewhere for cleaning.

I would have rated my experience 5 stars, but found a new spot on my down comforter that was then returned for correction. A bit of running around. Of course, Mulberrys graciously corrected the problem. I recommend Mulberrys to all my friends and family!

I genuinely love Mulberrys and always have a near perfect experience. However, the wait was so long on Saturday that if dropping off, instead of picking up, I would have left.There were only 2 other customers in the store with me. They had drop off and pick up. Retrieval was time consuming. Might be good to add a second employee on Saturdays. 20 minutes is a long time to wait when a typical visit gets you in and out within five.,Thank you!

Overall, great experience! My name had been misspelled when I dropped off my clothing so the person helping me had trouble finding my garments when I picked them up. However, they were very apologetic and looked me up by phone number instead. Then they made sure to change the spelling of my name and gave me a coupon presumably to make up for the mistake. I will definitely make a habit of taking my dry cleaning here.
