I told the woman when I dropped my garments off what my email address was, so that they could email me when the items were done. But I never got an email; instead I got a text message, which is fine. But when I went to pick my items up, they didn't even have my email address on record, and my last name was spelled wrong.

shirts were dry cleaned according to label instead of laundered as requested...and I was charged more without being asked first. I requested that if I have the option to hand wash rather than use chemicals to dry clean my clothing.

I do not know if it would be efficient for you, and perhaps they already do it but maybe too fast: Check for spots before dry cleaning. Before I sent one of my winter coats I noticed there were a few very small brown dots on my coat and as I tried to get them off with my fingernails they partially came off, the very little tiny spots are still there. Thank you!
